Had a hard to reach clog and Theo was fast, efficient, friendly and charged less than the going rate and told us if he had to come back it would be free, definitely recommend and will use again.

Called them to ask for plumbing service, they rudely handed me a inappropriate gmail address saying "we don't care we're busy find someone else". Still can't figure out what did they mean..

Saturday night at 7pm we discovered water leaking in the garage. I called 5 different places. Theo answered on the first ring. He was here 15 minutes later. After checking the kitchen sink and refrigerator lines, Theo located a tiny pinhole leak in a plastic water line from one of the upstairs bathrooms - nowhere near where we expected the leak was coming from. I would definitely recommend Courtesy Flush!

No call, no show to scheduled appointment. I sent follow up text, their preferred method of communication, about an hour after the scheduled time had passed to see if someone was on their way or they needed to reschedule, no response.

Had an appointment scheduled, message him the day before to ask for a time frame, no response, messaged him the day of the appointment and finally got a response he said he forgot so we rescheduled for another appointment , texted the day before the appointment no response.

Used this company in the past and they were efficient and quick to respond. Today, the gentleman unclogged the kitchen sink and then couldn't figure out how to reassemble the pipes. He ended up breaking one and then added charges for fixing what he broke. He started to leave without even verifying that the sink didn't leak. My wife insisted he check for leaks and low and behold, a massive leak. Got rude to my wife and lost any future business from myself and friends or family.

Hired courtesy flush to fix a drain in my garage. Theo did a great job and ensured the job was done correctly. He also looked at a few of my plumbing concerns and also did a great job fixing a clogged sink. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Chase came to our home to clean out the bathroom sink drain. He was on time, professional, and polite. He was able to clean the drain, kept the area clean and even cleaned up the rest of the sink counter when he was done! I will use Courtesy Flush for any other pluming issues we have.

My experience with Courtesy Flush turned a bad day into a good one. All of the toilets and sinks in my home started backing up. Courtesy Flush was at my home within 25 minutes and determined the main drain line for my home was clogged. After the diagnosis the technician was able to clear the clog and offered to come back if I experienced any other issues. Thanks to Courtesy Flush I can sleep well tonight knowing my home is not going to flood.

Very professional and saved me a lot of time and money. I called on a Sunday and we talked through an issue and since it wasn’t an emergency I didn’t have to pay extra over the weekend. The next day Theo came over and found the problem. It wasn’t plumbing related, so I was grateful for his expertise and thoroughness.

After attempting to fix a drain pipe myself and botching the repair job, I was in a real pinch. I needed a plumber on short-notice to get my water back up and functional. There is no courtesy at Courtesy Flush. My wife scheduled an appointment and was told someone would be Saturday morning. Come this morning, Theo did not just show up late, he didn't even have the courtesy to tell us he would be late. My wife texted to see if there was a problem and was told he took an "emergency" call and would be here between 10:30 and noon, as if someone else's problem is more severe than ours. Of course that did not happen. Here we are still without hot water. No call, no show, and no respect for our time. Do yourself a favor and use anyone but Courtesy Flush.

Had an active leak and Courtesy Flush was there within 20 minutes. Great service, professional, and the price was very fair for the work performed. I plan on using them for all future plumbing needs

I really appreciate Theo and his team for coming to our rescue multiple times with toilet installs, faucets, and busted pipe fixes. Plumbing is a valuable skill needed in our community and I am really thankful for people willing to share their skills to benefit others. It’s busy season so please be patient with these guys as some fixes take longer than others and it’s hard to estimate how long their going to be on a job.

Theo, the owner, has often walked me through troubleshooting my plumbing problems instead of the usual send a technician with a $200 minimum that most Anchorage area plumbers do.

He has helped me fix a problem myself multiple times at no charge. When he has needed come out to fix a complicated issue, he had all the necessary parts and finished work quickly due to the prior troubleshooting.

We have used Courtesy Flush twice now. Once when our water heater started leaking late on a weekend night. He came out that night looked at it, told us we needed a new water heater and had it installed the next day. I was very impressed.
The next time was for a clogged toilet, again he was super responsive and was able to fit me in same day. Got the toilet fixed quickly and the prices were very reasonable.
Every interaction has been friendly and professional on his end, my dog however was not as professional and gave him multiple kisses.
I will be using Courtesy Flush for any plumbing issue I have. Which to be fair I hope is not many, but I know who to call when they happen.
