I've been a customer of Sun City Mechanical for 20 years. They treat people like people. If you have a problem they will do their best to help you. They are very good technicians and their prices are reasonable. Don't bother looking anywhere else. These are the ones to call. I'll never change.

Isidro and Manny showed up on time and worked very well together to install a water line for our refrigerator. Very professional and friendly every step of the way. We are new to the area and we are pleased to know that all of our plumbing work will be done by Sun City Mechanical. We are 100% pleased with their work and pricing.

Honest and professional. We have the maintenance plan and so we always have an annual inspection. Most years everything is fine (they do NOT lie about things that are wrong just to make money). Our 24 year old garbage disposal was dripping under the sink, so Manny just replaced it. He did an excellent job! We highly recommend Sun City Mechanical to our family and friends.

I have had several experiences with Sun City Mechanical over the years, all excellent Above all, they are honest and competent. I highly recommend!! This review was for a solar water heater service and glycol exchange which was not listed in the above choices.

Sun City Mechanical was recommended to us when we moved to Arizona and it was a great recommendation. Anytime I've had a concern or needed work done I've always gotten a quick response. The workers are always knowledgeable and helpful. I can certainly recommend them.

Had them come out to inspect my ac unit. I Explained to them some problems we were having with one of the zones in the house but were told everything was working fine and their was nothing to fix. After they left, anotherr zone in my house stopped receiving ac. Left a message for them that evening but never got a response. Called a different company the next day and they came out the same day. They diagnosed the issue and showed me that I needed a new motorized dampener.

Thank you to Sun City Mechanical for yet another outstanding service! Manny did a wonderful job replacing our garbage disposal today. The rusted out, stuck on old disposal required more time to remove. His attention to detail and outstanding customer service is most appreciated!

Used Sun City Mechanical for the first time, signed up for the yearly maintenance plan for a/c and plumbing check, For an older home I purchased.
Brent and Isidro were very prompt and professional, and knowledgeable. They both checked over the items on check list. Found a few issues. I will be call Sun city mechanical next week to do some valve repairs on water heater.

We had Sun City Mechanical out the first year we moved to Sun City to check our AC and furnace. They were prompt and very thorough. After several years of service our AC went out. We felt confident with Brent's analysis, as he had serviced it several times. Mike was prompt and efficient with the installation. We would highly recommend Sun City Mechanical.

I have used Sun City Mechanical several times. Sergio has come to give me estimates and explains things thoroughly and gives me several options. Manny has installed faucets for me and today a new toilet. Manny was is so good to explain what he is doing and how to use what he has installed and what to do if I have problems. I have also had work done by Manny's brother. They are all three very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Sun City Mechanical.

Had my annual a/c maintenance from Sun City Mechanical today. The tech was kind and courteous and told me all the services he provided on a/c unit and what condition parts were in. Isidro Gallego was extremely professional and personable. He knew what he needed to do and got immediately to work. Along with fixing my very old toilet, he gave me a quote on installing a new more efficient model. He also explained what I needed to do to fix an outside faucet. I have used Sun city Mechanical in the past and again today. the staff are both efficient and professional. Isidro was especially pleasant and knowledgeable and offered options. It was just minutes from my call to the 'fix' of my constantly leaking shower faucet. ( could not shut it off completely ) . I would recommend this company to everyone.

Responding to our call immediately. Came out to my home surveyed the problem , gave us a quote and made all the necessary arrangements to have a new water line installed as quickly as they could. The service guys were very professional and worked quickly.

I've been using sun city mechanical for 17 yrs and have referred them to others as well. I've never been disappointed with them and/or their service. I also like that they are one of the few companies that don't have their professionals on commission so you don't need to worry about "extras" that you don't need added to your bill.

They were hired to dig up and install two new clean outs in the front yard to clear a blocked sewer line for $2200. They dug and opened line installed clean outs and used a camera to investigate the problem. They never located a problem. I had to call them two more times in three weeks for blockage and they charged for both. On the second visit in two days they put a camera back in and said my line had a crack about two feet from where they installed the clean outs. Quoted me $300 and hour plus parts to dig it up and fix it again or coat my sewer line for $7800. I reviewed my copy of their first camera video and realized the crack was there and they went too quick and missed the damage. I hired a different company for a second opinion. He found the crack and advised me to hire labors to dig it up and then he can replace that portion of pipe where the crack is. Saving me thousands of dollars.

We have been using Sun City Mechanical for our AC and Plumbing needs for 8 years now. Most recently we had some plumbing issues and as usual the repairs were made promptly and professionally. We would highly recommend the company for all your mechanical needs. Always prompt, courteous and priced very competitively.

The technician from Sun City Mechanical was here within 3 hours of placement of the service call on one of the hottest days so far this summer. He had the air conditioner repaired within half an hour. We are very impressed with the service.
