Call at 8:30 pm and got an appointment at 8 am. Fan motor was dead and he replaced motor an got our AC blowing cold in about 30 minutes. Very professional and will definitely recomend and use again.

Called to have someone come out for an emergency A/C issue. I informed the man on the phone that my a/c started acting up around 2pm and a few places I've called couldn't come out until tomorrow. Guy raised his voice and said, "Well if you would've called me at 2pm, I would've come out. Now you have to wait until tomorrow." 😲 Rude and so uncalled for. I even apologized for bothering him. Lol. Maybe I caught him at a bad time. 🤷‍♀️ Nonetheless I guess they aren't 24hrs. Work on your costumer service skills.

My A/C went out at 1am and called him at 2:30am. He said he would be out between 8am and 11am. He showed up a little after 8am and I had cold air blowing ten minutes later. Outstanding customer service. I called several other's A/C repair companies
and they said they'd call back none did. Thank you again for the great service.

Came to the house within an hour of the call,said he couldn't get the part till latter would be back either that evening or in the morning. Called back within the hour to say he was picking up the part, and our air was up and running before noon. The price was fare. I recommend Briggs to very one.

Leaving this on behalf of my in-laws. These guys showed up at 930pm on fathers day after only calling 40min prior. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and with a bit of back and forth, had a crew out doing a whole system replacement that was done before 10am the following morning. Prompt service, extremely reasonable pricing and excellent service. Save yourself the hassle messing around with the big providers like Goettl or Robert's. Save yourself money and headaches by going with a small company that wants to earn your business, where you'll be treated like a person and not a number. Can't say one negative thing about the entire experience.

I reached out to many AC companies when I got referred to Carlos at Pro Tech HVAC. Carlos was on-time, honest, and provided a very good price for his initial visit and install. I am also usually very critical of contractors. I ended up having Carlos install a full HVAC system in my house. I could not be happier with the quality of service they provided. Carlos also went out of his way on a Saturday night to drive across town to drop off a portable AC unit during a hot night when the AC was out. I give Carlos and his company 5 stars and highly recommend.

My condition system was 50 years old and they replaced two a/c systems with new 14 seer Trane units and were very polite and informative. They went the extra mile in replacing an outlet. Even worked in the rain as we had flooding and needed them. Great pros at what they do. I'll always call them back

I called the other companies and they were nothing but horrible customer service. And just wanted to charge the customer without even showing up. This is the best company and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Take my word for it nothing, but professional on time, and Carlos knew exactly what was wrong with my AC!
