He came out to do a 2nd opinion on a possible refrigerant leak that another big name AC business had recommended. Not only was it not needed but Carlos said that my AC unit was working excellent. The Pro Tech technicians were amazing! Carlos, Tom, and Manuel did such an efficient job installing our new air conditioner. Carlos explained everything of what would be done. He went out of his way to come to our house the evening before installation to ensure we had heat by temporarily added free on. We took advantage of the promotion he offered, and we were able to get our new air conditioner installed the very next day after speaking to him. Excellent product and warranty and 1 year of free labor! Don't hesitate to hire this company!

Had a great experience with Carlos and his company. Came right on time. Prices cannot be beaten. I was able to get 2 dampers replaced for less than the price of 1 at other places.

Carlos was patient and kind and educated me on the unit that would best fit my home without trying overselling. I have been using ProTech HVAC for about two- three years. Usually, I am in contact will Carlos. He's been very informative, professional and very patient. He goes the next 10 miles to help. I am not sure he knows the words, I can't get it done. That feels nice when you need work done.

Recently, I have been in communication with Carolina, and Kirby. Both have been very courteous and will do what they can to get the job done. Again, reliable. I have chosen this company over hundreds of others for a reason. I was skeptical at first, but ProTech always comes through.

Please understand I do not know any of these people personally as family or friends, but their customer service is outstanding! I recommend this company.

Kirby did a great job at our house.

Kirby found two issues that need to be resolved at my home. Both my air conditioners needed new capacitors.

I called my home warranty company who placed an order for Protech to come back to my home to replace both capacitors.

Protech called me the first day that they received the order and made an appointment for the following day.

I cannot express how much I appreciate Pro Tech HVAC and their staff for making appointments as soon as possible.

In previous encounters with other HVAC companies, I have found myself waiting 2 to 3 weeks for an appointment that they did not keep.

I am thankful for Protech in their team to be able to handle issues as expeditiously as possible.

Pro Tech installed an Air Handler for my husband and I in the summer of 2023. At that time we signed up for a bi-annual maintenance program. We had been paying for this program monthly. 2 weeks ago I called and scheduled a maintenance service call which was scheduled Friday 10/17 between 7am-9am. I received an email approximately at 8am on the day of our scheduled maintenance advising us that Pro Tech no longer was servicing our area and we would need to find a new company. We were given 3 monthly payments of credit. The problem I have is that the rep whom I made this appointment with should have known their company no longer serviced my area and I should have been made aware. I tried countless times through out that day to reach someone on the phone to no avail. This is not how a company should operate their business. I’m disappointed and irritated.

Carlos was great. He got stuck in traffic due to an accident. But that was ok. He did his job very quickly and efficiently.

Thank you pro tech HVAC the technician who came out was Kirby and knocked out this vent addition for our office in no time. Kirby did clean work done right the first time highly recommend this company if you want reliable and quality work done.

These guys are amazing . They installed a great commercial a/c unit for my dog business . They worked until late hours in the night to get my a/c installed for my puppies. So thankful that I met them! They offer honest, straight forward pricing . The employees are respectful and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves!
