Juan came out quickly and took care of our AC. He was so kind and very reasonably priced. We highly recommend this small business over any of the bigger companies. They definitely know how to treat people.

Summer is just starting and of course my ac breaks down. Juan was there quickly to fix it. They have a service plan that is affordable and takes the worry out of ac problems.

Juan just saved our office! We had a malfunction of some sort in one of our office AC's and it's 110 degree outside - our office had become unbearable. Vertex heating and cooling are amazing! Turn around time after quote was 24 hours to install new unit as ours was not repairable and not working. Pricing beat others.They were honest, timely and finished in less than five hours. The gentlemen that completed the install were professional and kind. Explained every step of the process! The A/C stopped working on the Memorial Holiday, I called Vertex not expecting anyone to answer. Juan answered and was at my house within an hour. Today I have a working air conditioner. I highly recommend Vertex was fast and reliable service.

OMG Juan was amazing he got right to it looked at it and said yup it's your motor, It was a little steep in price but with this heat in AZ it's brutal and I wasn't waiting another day let alone another hr. I highly recommend Vertex I called them at 4 pm they showed up at 6pm, within the hr we are nice and cooled off... Thank you Juan at Vertex 😊😁

I reached out to his company, was able to get a same-day appointment by some miracle. The technician was very kind and went straight to work. He got my unit up and running after lots of testing and warrantied his work. The company’s rates are reasonable, too!
