Our A/C stopped blowing cold air. I called Efficient on a Friday night after hours. I received a call back within 15 mins. They scheduled me for the next day afternoon.

The next morning I received a call from Marco….said he could come out earlier that morning instead of the afternoon if I was available.

Marco had me fixed and running within 20 mins. Nice guy! All in all they serviced our unit in little over 12 hrs from our initial call!

Technician explained everything, took photos, gave advice on the air filter (mine is not very porous). I'd only scheduled an inspection, but he was able to stay to clean the unit. Very professional. As every technician has done since I bought the home in 2019, he offered the sale going on for a new unit. But I shall keep my 25 year old Trane going as long as it can.

Francisco correctly diagnosed a failed connector that a competing firm failed to see. He explained everything in terms we could understand and we’re very happy with his service. In addition, we signed up for a club membership. Thank you!

I rarely write reviews, but had to in this case. Efficient Air has been great- my AC went out during the insane heat wave of 2023. I went through my home warranty, and Efficient Air was quick to contact me to get an appointment scheduled. My technician Lee was awesome: Friendly, professional, and timely. Definitely recommend.

Technician was very knowledgeable. My issue comes from the fact that the markup on additional services is ridiculous! Charging $300+ and $450+ to install a $5 and $30 part is a legitimate concern for all! Whatever happened to fair and reasonable pricing?

I have American HOME Shield they sent out Efficient AIR. The tech was Lee to check it out and the diagnosis he found a leak in the evaporator coil. He was great and did a great job. When the part came in Bobby and Dennis were sent out to install it again great service a/c and heat are great. The office staff I spoke with Andrew was friendly and answered all my questions and one of the ladies I spoke with was also very polite. I would highly recommend this company.

Oscar, Danika , DJ and Miguel were all professional and easy to work with. Oscar and his team are fair, honest and really look out for their customers. Miguel and his install team did an amazing job, they kept a clean work area, were respectful, polite and friendly. We would definitely recommend Efficient Air and Oscar Manzo and his team.

Great visit! We had Lee as our servicing technician. He was amazing, very detailed, explained every step, answered questions, very professional. We also signed up for the servicing club! Highly recommend this company…and if you can get Lee, you won’t be upset!

We use Efficient Air to service our A/C and they recently came by to replace a faulty capacitor and clean the blower motor. We had met the tech, Armon, before and he (again) did such a thorough job. He checked everything along the way and made sure everything was in good working order. We would certainly recommend using Efficient Air.

We had Lee from efficient air come out and do coil cleaning on our hvac unit and he was super efficient and informative. He made some great recommendations to help keep our unit running smoothly. We will definitely be using them again.

Very impressed! The young man called to give me a heads up 15-20 before my appointment. He introduced himself, asked me if I had any concerns he should address, and told me in detail what/how he was going to service my unit. He was not in a hurry, was very conscientious and filled out the report of what might need to be replaced, and what is working just fine. I would definitely have Efficient Air Conditioning back again. I have used Efficient Air Conditioning for 3 years now and have always been impressed and happy with their work.!

Work was troubleshot quickly and repaired quickly. Francisco did a great job and he was very professional and friendly. I would recommend this company and hope any future work on my AC unit is handled by Efficient Air.

Johnathan with Efficient Air was amazing. They were extremely helpful, professional, and prompt. I called first thing in the morning and they came out a few hours later. Replaced the p-trap on our primary unit and blew out the lines. Oscar (owner) and company are the best. Highly recommend them!

Fast call back. Quick scheduling and detailed about the time. Called when they were on the way. Lazarus took the time with each unit and thermostat AND explained what’s happening in a way I can understand. Gave me some options for best results. Super great experience.

Same day service on my broken AC unit so it was quick and the tech provided a detailed explanation of the problem and his suggestions to repair it before he started. He also provided a summary of the job after he was done. I really appreciated this as it was a rental location far away from where I was at and this type of service is exactly what I like. Good job!

Fast and polite. Was EXCELLENT at working with our tight schedule. Even during the weekend our schedule changed but I was able to text them that weekend and at 8am sharp on Monday they had rescheduled for the next day that would work for us. Prior to the Efficient Air another co would not work with our schedule so I refused to make an apt with them. Glad we found Efficien instead.
