I hired this company to install a new garbage disposal, but the installation was left incomplete because the dishwasher knockout plug was not removed. This caused my dishwasher to stop draining. The technician later admitted this was missed.

I was told the issue would be fixed the next morning, but that did not happen. Due to the delay and the fact that I rely on my dishwasher daily for work, I had to hire another company to correct the issue.

What was most concerning was how the situation was handled. The issue was minimized as ‘not a big deal,’ and there was inconsistent communication regarding timing.

Overall, I paid $350 for an installation that was not completed properly and had to spend additional money to fix the mistake. I would recommend double-checking work if you can, before leaving a job site.

Even though John normally does not work on Sunday he came and fixed my refrigerator after it stopped working Saturday night. He saved all my food and did a great job. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend HomeTech Appliance Repair.

Joe was hired to fix my fridge and he didn’t complete the work. What’s worse is I paid him about $400 thinking that the fridge was fixed only to find out that it couldn’t work for more than a day.

He send me half of the funds after numerous calls and hasn’t responded since. He never made any appointment to correct the issue and was always recovering from some kind of surgery when I called after a failed appointment.

I’m giving low scores due to the horrible experience, incomplete work and partly since he refused to refund me for incomplete work.

He does have great excuses and he will have one for this too.

I've never written a review on a business I have never used. Similarly, I have never rated a business I have never used. However, though I never used Joe's HomeTech Appliance Repair, I have to give him 5 stars due to the manner in which he responded to my initial call for service! (I would have given him more, if possible), Long story short, after I called him to schedule a service call that I Iater ended up cancelling because the problem corrected itself with the passage of time, Joe was the most professional, understanding, helpful, and attentive service technician I have encountered on the phone in the 3 years I have lived in this area. Not only was he understanding of the reason I had to cancel the service call, but he was extremely friendly and helpful in his response in accepting the rejected service. Twice I communicated with him via text after business hours and he had the courtesy of responding each time, unlike many other businesses that will stop responding upon closing and not communicate back until the next day. I found just that type of customer service to be amazing, especially in this day and age. I finally informed him that just on the basis of his communications with me, he will now be my go-to guy for any appliance repair I might need in the future.

I had an amazing experience with the service for my Samsung fridge’s ice dispenser! They were incredibly fast, knowledgeable, affordable, and, above all, so friendly and kind. Arrived to my house in Scottsdale after being away 3 months to discover my freezer was broken. Total mess. It was July 4 and I only was here overnight. Call this company and Joe Black came right out. He was great. Fixed it on the spot and was a delight to deal with, Very reasonable price for holiday emergency service.

Joe answered my call for help at 10pm and was able to message me right away. He was able to get my fridge and freezer fixed within a couple days (waiting on a part) but he was thorough the entire time.
