DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. A SCAM, A RIP OFF. POOR WORKMANSHIP, NEVER RETURN CALLS AND UNFINISHED WORK. Just take a look at their BBB ratings, and they are NOT LICENSED as they indicate themselves to be! I was required to use them due to Home Warranty idiots and bow am left with a bigger mess than I started with.

I took the recommendation of neighbors on Nextdoor and called Jeff from Appliance 911. He was fantastic! Came the next morning and solved my problem! Incredibly nice, honest and fast. Highly recommend!!!

Appliance 911 was amazing! We called with an ice maker that wasn't working and he was able to come the next morning. He was one time, had the new part in his truck, fixed the problem quickly, and even went above and beyond to fix another smaller problem that we had been living with the cheapest way possible--I really appreciated his ability to go above and beyond and his prompt service. We will definitely recommend to friends!

Broken garage fridge wouldn't cool. I called Appliance 911 and Jeff explained the potential issues to me and came to my house to diagnose within the hour. While he diagnosed the fridge Jeff explained the different parts to me and tracked down the source of the issue very quickly. After some calls Jeff quoted me a price and told me he would have the part the next day to install. Jeff was able to find someone local who had the part sooner than expected and fixed my fridge that same day. Fridge has been working great ever since. Good experience, fair price. We would recommend Appliance 911 and Jeff the owner to anyone who is looking for appliance repair. He came to our house the same day we called about our leaking fridge. He was on-time and quickly diagnosed the problem, a blocked drain line. He promptly fixed the problem and diagnosed a second issue. A lot of ice had built up on the coils which he explained would/could cause problems later on. Jeff took the time to defrost the built up ice and prevent a future issue. He was professional and considerate, not leaving behind a mess for us to clean up. His prices were fair and reasonable. I will call him again for any future appliance issue without hesitation.

Called this guy in the morning and told him how the fridge was acting and he said he would be here in a couple hours and he showed up early, which was great!

I told him all the stuff i had read on the interweb, trying to look knowledgeable, and he listened and then looked in the back/bottom of the fridge with a flashlight and did a little screwdrivering and tugging and pulled out a piece that looked like somebody had left on the barbecue to long and said "this is your problem and your very lucky that this block didn't burn down your entire house"!

He replaced the block with another one and reconnected the wires and my fridge worked like new, all in 15 min (including me jibber-jabbering)!

Very professional, offered up some great advice and gave me estimates on what should be the next major failure!
He talks to you like a human and i have a feeling that if i was a woman, it would've been the exact same interaction!

He also waited outside so i could go to the ATM and didn't charge me for that!

He won't work on Samsung or LG fridges or discuss the problems your having with those brands, so don't call him for those!

Jeff was awesome!!! Very fair price, fast and on time response, and most important my dishwasher is working again.
I thought the drain pump on my Samsung dishwasher was shot. I have tried everything and finally made some calls. 911 appliance answers immediately. Jeff told me they typically don’t work on Samsung because parts are impossible to find. However he still offered to come and check it for me. Got to my house in about an hour and had my dishwasher fixed in no time at all. Turns out chunks of glass got into pump. He only charged me a service call.

Called several times and left messages. They finally called me back and set an appointment to repair a brand new ice machine I just had installed. Then they "no showed" for the appointment. Thankfully the appliance dealer has ordered me a new ice machine.

Zero stars!! I purchased an ice machine from them. Model SCCP30 in December 2021 for $3,100. A year and a half later - the ice maker is not making ice. Called and emailed them / no response. Called again and finally got someone on the line only to hear that there is no warranty and that someone will call me in 5 days, to schedule! Service call $159. Once they sold the machine - zero customer service. I would NOT buy anything else from this merchant. Not recommended- not the product and not the service.
