After I provided the model information, he followed up quickly with an estimate and scheduled a same-day appointment. He arrived within the promised timeframe and was both professional and personable. Victor successfully resolved the issue. Victor services all appliances and I would not hesitate to contact him again if needed.

Victor was very prompt and honest. He spent a lot of time to fix our washer because our clothes are still wet after wash. He replaced the actuator but also found that a major part (transmission)also needs to be replaced. He recommended to us to just buy a new washer because it is not worth it to replace the transmission for a 5 year old top loading whirlpool washer. Victor only charged me for the service call and took out the actuator replacement labor cost. I like it that he was honest and only charged me for what he thought was the initial issue. Others might not do what Victor did which was honest.

Victor was great to work with. Fast, very responsive, and flexible with our schedules. He helped us fix a clogged washing machine quickly.

Victor is a very professional appliance repair technician. Arrived on time and fixed my LG refrigerator same visit, while explaining how to prevent this issue from re-occurring. The best part is I paid nearly half of the repair quote I received from a different appliance repair company! I give him 5 start and will use him again 100%.

Victor is very professional and a nice guy too. But what I appreciated most is that he really tries to save you $$. The problem I had with my washer was not straightforward. At one point I asked, should I just get a new one? To which he replied, it's easy to just buy a new one - let's see if we can fix it and save you some money. Most repair technicians don't want to spend time on more challenging projects, but he cares and does right by his customers. Highly recommend!

We had Nathan come out to check on our oven that wasn't heating properly (I would have to set it to 450 to get 400); he was able to diagnose quickly and fixed it! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative through the whole process. Would highly recommend!

I called Quality On Site for a quote to fix my refrigerator after being told by another company that it would be $900 to fix. Carson came out and told me it was just a fan and had it up and running again for under $200. I will never use anyone else for my appliance repairs!

Had communication issues, replacement part was newer revision and buttons were all different. Had to take a picture of old part, print it, and scotch tape it over old buttons to know which cycle I was choosing. Anatolly was polite and courteous but this repair cost over 450 for a $900 dishwasher. Two trips out, the first of which i was charged $97 for him to walk in, take a picture of dead panel, and leave. He was in my house 5 minutes. Office never called afterwards and didnt answer email, I had to call them again to get them to come

We received the excellent service from Ice Age Home Appliance Repair. Our refrigerator was not making ice properly, was continuously getting plugged in with big lumps, etc. They adjusted the internal valve, changed some settings - and everything got to be perfect! No any replacements were needed and their charge was very minimal. So, great honest, professional and friendly service - thank you very much! Highly recommended.

Our dishwasher started throwing error codes after only having it for over a year (just outside warranty window). We replaced a valve ourselves but it didnt fix the problem. We called Ice Age and set up a service call. Anatoliy sent a text before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than 30 minutes. He was very polite and communicative. Our dishwasher was fixed and the repair was under $100, which was a big win for me! Highly recommend. Ice Age was quick, easy, convenient, & cost effective.
