This was second appt scheduled between 8-3pm, just to replace lid clip for my washer which I had to wait for part thus my second appointment. The repair man didn't call til after 4 and he arrived at around 5:45 and he was professional and replaced rather quickly. But I feel like he should have at least called if he wasn't going to be here by 3pm.

My Sears tech Sal was polite and professional while servicing my HVAC system. He found problems and fixed them in a timely manner. I had him do maintenance on my unit after he fixed my biggest problem which was my heat would not go on. During the maintenance he discovered that the unit has need of another repair. Thank you Choice Home warranty for sending my Sears Technician.

My technician William was really good. Once he was finally assigned to the job, he arrived promptly and completed the assigned task. He also assessed the dishwasher overall and found that there's other issues, and so he is doing his best to help me. Sears, on the other hand, is very annoying in that they' schedule you for an all-day wait period and I didn't even know what time the person was coming until late in the afternoon. You can't call and get somebody on the phone; they just keep sending you the same text.

Repairman was great! However I do not like how we are not given a shorter time window. I was first cancelled on Monday rescheduled for today from 8-5 this is my entire day!! Then I was told they would arrive 6:45-7:15 pm. The repairman is scheduled too many jobs per day. This is unacceptable!!
The last time I was given a timeframe of 1-5pm this was manageable. Our time is valuable.

The repair technician Tam is 5 stars. The company he works for is 1 star. They only use AI and any of your questions are never answered. The repair window is 8am -5pm. On our particular case Tam arrived at 1904 to replace the ice maker. If I need repairs again I will request that assurance sends Bodwell and nor Sears.

I found victor from googling repairs near me he was on his way to grab his daughter from volleyball practice and said he could stop by to take a look I had made a complete mess of the oven trying to fix it myself and victor fixed it like it was nothing im so grateful I found him I’m keeping his card, go no where else Thanks again victor!

Called for broken refrigerator ice maker, which had been out of service for a long time either in storage or not connected to water when pulled out of storage. Response to my Thumbtack broadcast for service was prompt; service appointment was quickly scheduled. Victor (SPro) arrived promptly diagnosed the problem (not part swapping or guessing but methodically determined which parts were bad). Replaced the ice maker with an OEM factory part for a reasonable parts and labor cost. Delighted with the service, responsiveness, and speed and accuracy of repair. Refrigerator is prolifically making ice again.
