After 17 MONTHS of not following plans and not managing this job and doing every step from start to finish multiple times, since nothing got done correctly the first time. Ventana still has not finished this job. In the better part of two years that this pool is taking to complete the only thing this about this company that is reliable is their ability to not get anything done correctly or in a timely manner. They have failed several inspections. One inspection taking 92 days from the first time they failed it until they finally got it passed. They took multiple “hiatus” from work for multiple weeks at a time with not a single person on site doing work. One star is far too high of a rating for this company. Every issue has been a direct result of the poor workmanship and lack of ability from Ventana outdoor living.

Highly recommend. Our family has been looking into added a pool to our home. We contacted Ventana and they gave us a good quote and they took care of the rest. They offered financing, and the construction was incredibly quick. Do yourself a favor and hire Ventana, they are truly one of the best.

After months of planning I decided to go with Ventana. The team was super helpful with the design process and actually LISTENED to what I wanted. They built out the entire pool and landscape exactly how I pictured it. Being a first time pool owner they communicated very well and put my stress at ease. Porter roofing has been so on top of their game, I don't even bother with competitive estimates any longer unless an investor owner requires them. Porter Roofing has done minor repairs to enitre roofs for me. They are very good to work with and reliable about thier timing and best of all, get the job done first time, every time.

The crew we had was excellent. They cleaned up every night. You never knew they were there and they were done in three days. I would use them again and again.

Great customer service. Had a leak and did a repair on the expected areas causing the leak. The next rain the leak returned. Called that morning and they were out and spent like 4 hrs fixing more of the roof...this time more definitely getting the leak area repaired. Mistakes happen, but it's how you recover from them that's important and Porter did great.

Porter Roofing redid our roof two years ago. They were efficient, and easy to work with. Recently, with all the rain, we had some water dripping down through the top of a first floor window. Usually, this would mean a roof leak, so we called Porter to come out and fix it. First go, the guys were nice, but didn't get it fixed. Fast forward two weeks to more rain and more dripping. This time the owner himself comes out with his guys. He quickly identifies that it's not the roof, it's the seal around a different window on the second floor that's allowing the water in. They do a water test to confirm it, and then caulk and seal it for us. Thanks for the great service, guys! We sure appreciate it!

Porter roofing helped us analyze a water leakage problem traced to scupper damage, which they immediately remediated. After further analysis, suggested several proactive repairs and a recoat of foam roof after 10 years. All work completed on time, on budget with very competent staff who kept us well informed throughout.

I had the roofs replaced on my apartment buildings by Porter Roofing in August 2014. I am incredibly impressed with the foam product they use and the team as a whole. Since they work diligently to protect everything in the area from over spray and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves each day with leaf blowers, they left my rental property much cleaner than they found it. The attention to detail and customer service was above and beyond any I have experienced in my many years of dealing with contractors in every industry. I am an unforgiving micro manager due to bad experiences with other contractors from all trades. I spent everyday at the apartments scrutinizing every step to make sure the families who live there were safe and minimally inconvenienced and that I was getting a job well done. The entire Porter Roofing team was very respectful and considerate to my tenants and neighbors, polite to everyone we encountered and displayed pleasant and generally happy attitudes even though they were spending 3-4 long days in the sun during a 108 degree week of August in Phoenix.
