Our pool is beautiful, but we did not have a great experience with the company. They would schedule with us, and then no show without letting us know. Several times we took off work to stay home only to wait all day to find out no one was coming. They had terrible communication and didn’t seem to be in a hurry to respond to us. We only got results when we threatened to report them to the Board of Contractors. We would not choose to have them put in another pool.

Island Style was great. We realized early on when the pandemic started that a pool was an option. We sat down with Kevin and he worked with us on our design. (We even had a salesman from another company recommend Evan, was a little awkward but we knew we were making the right choice.) We didn't have the biggest backyard and didn't know the city rules/ regulations. Kevin knew it all! We made changes along the way and communicating with Kevin was easy. We got financed through one of their recommended banks. Once we signed, it seemed things started quick. From dig to swim was 8 weeks. Evan came out during certain stages and across the board, We couldn't be happier with our decision. From our dream house to our dream backyard. The ladies in the office were always available and communicated every step of the way. Thank you Island Style and hopefully they can help anyone looking to make their dreams happen!

We have a beautiful pool and spa thanks to Island Style Pools. They were a pleasure to work with and really listened what we wanted when they designed it. It is perfect! Great communication and a wonderful family business!

I am not happy with island styles pool. 1 had a pool built that was almsos $1600 ,000 pool built. It’s is a nice pool but has had trouble from.the very beginning. It’s been 2 almost 2 years sense built. I had a pentra pool specialist come out and availuare the pool. He’s said it was built not as it should have been. He is going to contact the pool company and extortion what needs to be done. I have a sand filter and was told by Evan that it should have been washed 1 a day

He told me that it should 1 a week and the rep from pants it should be washed once every other week. He said he would contact n Jake and tell him it should be washed every other week. Jake told me that I nemeses a new filter and that would cover the problem. Either way he wanted more than $2500 to pit the new filter in. The pentea guy said it should be every other week. So as you can you imagine. It doesn’t make sense. I am sure you will not read this report because I am sure the bad ones don’t get posted.

I couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Island Style Pools, they were upfront and honest at the initial sales meeting with expectations and throughout construction we were updated with changes in the construction timelines! I always felt like a top priority and our project was even finished ahead of schedule by 3 weeks!! I absolutely recommend this family ran business over any large pool companies! :)

Great experience working with Island Style Pools to install a pool at my home. This was a first-time experience for me, so I really had no idea what to expect or how the process works. ISP folks were wonderful and supportive, always available by phone or email to answer questions and explain concerns. End result is beautiful and just what I wanted. Would definitely use Island Style Pools if I ever do this again. I highly recommend them.

Pool took longer than expected due to all the monsoon storms but over all they did a great job. Everyone was very nice and helpful when I had a question or issue .

Best Experience from beginning to end. These guys know their stuff! They’re fast, efficient, and they communicate with you the whole way through the process. Evan and his crew come with a real personal touch. They will provide you with great suggestions, and cater to your budget to get you the best bang for your buck.
I now have a pool that cleans itself (no need to have/pay a weekly “pool guy”). And to top it off, they installed decking that doesn’t burn my bare feet in the summer heat (I know, hard to believe).
Bottom line, If you’re looking to have a pool built, search no more…Island Style Pools is the way to go! I would recommend them to anyone.

We've been dreaming of the opportunity to have a pool for 10 years, finally decided to pull the trigger. Found island style, it's a great family business. The son Brandon came and really listened to our small budget and accommodated us. Then the owner Evan did weekly checks on progression. Ashley gave weekly emails on what's next this week.

Ultimately for a 1st time pool owner it was a great experience. We worked hard for this, and they gave us our dream backyard with tons of memories to come!

We just had our pool and back yard done by island Style pools. They did a amazing job and completed it faster than we thought. Start to finish less than 60 days. This is the best family owned business I have ever worked with. Everyone was so helpful. Brandon spent so much time helping us with our design. Tracey was amazing through out the process, and Jerimiah and his team did a great job bringing the design into fruition. We love our new back yard. Grandkids could not wait to get into the pool.

I want to share one of the best customer service experiences ever. I recently moved into a home with a pool built by Island Style Pools in 2020. I had a million-and-one questions about the pool equipment and how to operate it. Called Island Style Pools and BOTH Brandan and Evan came to my home and personally walked me through the pool's features, equipment, and best way to run it. This is 2025 and they did not install the pool for me, but they treated me like I was the one who paid them for the pool, it's incredible how much Island Style stands behind - and cares about - their pools long after the design and installation work is done. I'm fully recommending them to my neighbor! Yes, the build quality is excellent (pool is in fantastic shape five years after install) but don't underestimate the value of this type of care and personal customer service - it is priceless! Highly, highly recommend Island Style Pools.

We just had an ingrown pool made with Island pool LLC , They aim to please, they strive for customer satisfaction and follow thru with what they say they’re going to do.
It only took 2 months and we even had a few days of rain. They were not the lowest bid but we chose them because they use the top of the line equipment, I also like that it’s a father & son team. I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about Island Style Pools. From my very first meeting, Brandan, the sales rep, was incredible. His enthusiasm for my vision was contagious, and it made me feel like I had a true partner in the project. The positive energy was there from day one.

Evan, the project manager, did an amazing job of keeping everything on track. He was on-site often, making sure the build stayed on schedule and addressing any questions I had along the way. In the office, Tracey was a huge help with communication, always providing timely updates and keeping me informed of the progress. The entire process felt seamless, and I am absolutely thrilled with my new pool.

I was referred to island style pools by McDowell landscaping who was doing my backyard. I’ve known the owner of McDowell landscaping for about 30 years. I knew that if he recommended them, they must be good. I had a few other companies come out and give me quotes. Island style pools was competitive with their pricing and the customer service was top notch. They started my project on July 25 and it will be complete in 2 days. I was impressed with the organization and communication from them and the quickness of the project. They worked hand in hand with the landscapers and everything was organized between them so I didn’t have to do anything. The pool is beautiful and the customer service was fantastic. I wanted a very simple and easy maintained backyard and that is exactly what I got. I could not be happier. Evan and Brandan are super friendly and handled any issues or questions I had along the way. Tracey was also great to deal with regarding scheduling and phone calls.

The scheduling and coordination of subcontractors were impressively efficient—minimal idle time, everything flowed smoothly. A special shoutout to Lewis’ plumbing team—their work was impeccable, and they were genuinely nice and super helpful on site. The mosaic tile work is hands-down among the best and most detailed I've ever seen. It truly elevates the whole pool to another level.
Even when there were some scheduling conflicts and order-of-operations issues with my landscape team, the team stepped in and just made it work, always putting the customer first.
The end result is stunning, and the whole process was stress-free thanks to this team. Island Style Pools delivered exceptional quality, professionalism, and customer care. I would absolutely do business with them again in a heartbeat and will be referring them to everyone I know!

Parking your work truck in handicap parking at the San Tan mall just to get food is horrible.
