I strongly doubt Jeff’s honesty from the very beginning.Ever since he started, things that were never wrong starting going wrong.It started of with auto level of pool.He replaced it ,it never got fixed then he told me that it’s a plumbing issue and his reference never got back to me so basically he left me on my own.He did charge me 30$ for a cheap hose timer that is sold 10$ at Amazon.He got me a pool vacuum and charged me with out showing me any receipt and not to forget,he specially asked me not to buy the vacuum on my own from elsewhere.His guy would come in at 5. am so ofcourse, none of my concerns were addressed.I would get random bills about phosphate removal and chemical treatment but when I would take it for pool water quality check, my pool quality would miserably fail with dangerously high chlorine levels (14ppm)and phosphate levels .When I would question him,his ego would be hurt and he was offended as to why I even went there.
I should have probably parted my way much earlier instead of wasting my energy and hard earned money over this everyday nuisance.

This company has really turned our pool around. Much cleaner and works much more efficiently. They are very good at communicating things and getting back to me in a timely manner with any issues we may have.
