Excellent service. Jeff diagnosed some very complicated problems with our newly acquired and very neglected pool. At every step he communicated clearly and honestly, provided options, then executed and followed through as agreed. He brought our pool back to life! The monthly service is on-time and consistently leaves the pool clean and sparkling every week. We feel very fortunate to have found Jeff and his team.

Jeff fixed the problem (clogged line) efficiently. He is very courteous and gave me a lot of good advice. He really does give 5 star service but arrived several hours after scheduled time. I don't hold that against him; it's difficult to find a good pool service since the pandemic. I would absolutely recommend him .

Hayden has been servicing our pool for YEARS! He is awesome! He always does quality work in a timely manner and is exceptionally honest! He has been, and will continue to be, our “go to guy” for all of our swimming pool service needs!

We've had our pool for five years and been through three pool service companies--one worse than the next. We contacted Jeff on the good word of a few neighbors. Jeff paid us a quick visit shortly after initial contact.

Within that first visit, he explained our pool equipment and it's operation succinctly, labeled valves, explained how the valves and flow actually function, unclogged our main filter, cleaned the entire pool, adjusted chem levels, diagnosed aging gaskets, found an air leak, helped reconfigure the scheduled operations of the pool features, got the management app working again, gave recommendations on best practices and even capped a breached line in our sprinkler system!

Our pool hasn't looked this good and ran this well since the initial installation. I learned more about our system during his first visit than I'd learned in the 5 years prior. The monthly cost is competitive and they're upfront with all potential costs. Hayden Pools is as good as it gets.

He noticed that our pool vac was missing the hose floats and instead of waiting to hear if we were going to be clients, he let us know right away so we could find and attach them. Jeff Hayden has a great business and a very responsible team! I have consistent and reliable service and never have to worry about my pool. I just jump in an enjoy! Hayden's Pool Service has been maintaining my pool since about 2017. He has come to my rescue more than once. Not only does the weekly service keep my pool beautiful, he keeps track of filter cleaning, and maintenance issues so I don't have to. He makes every attempt to save me money as well. He proactively sets up chlorine purchases to buy in bulk and lower costs. He was extremely patient and helpful when I had my backyard remodeled - removing then re-installing the equipment temporarily to allow the landscape company to regrade, tile and build a wall around the equipment area.
