Worse experience EVER! Owner lied to my tenant accusing me of not wanting to fix my AC unit. Office manager was rude! Six weeks later my AC unit is still not working functioning properly. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!

Dank was extremely professional. Clearly explained what he was doing and what needed to be done. He lead a great conversation of the “why” of part replacement. Did not sense any pressure—just honest conversation. Including various options and fair timeline.

I'm writing this to speak to "character". The leadership in this company truly believes in doing the right thing. For them, it's not just about making "sales". I'm convinced that the "INTENTIONAL" effort to always improve their business & personal relations with the public, their staff & their customers is what makes them the type of business you should want to do business with.
As the owner of a solar company, I recognize & understand the HUGE difference between a business just looking to make "sales" vs one that's working extra hard to "earn" & retain customers.

There's nothing worse than the AC going out when its 118 degrees outside. Absolute Air AZ was able to get me in the next day. Their technician, Dank was super nice, extremely professional and got the job done the same day. 10/10 would recommend.

I had the techs from Absolute out to check out my AC. Appointment scheduling was easy, they called while enroute, arrived on time, they were clean, best of all thorough. I appreciate the service they did and will definitely have them back.

"Absolute" ly horrible. My home warranty company had reached out to them to come out and look at my AC. The guy noticed a piece not attached to the AC and i told him i have a cleaning service that comes out every 3-4 months to clean the Ac's. He immediately said my home warranty company wouldn't cover it because the company isn't covered by AHS.....i didn't even tell him the company name but he assumed. He didn't even open the AC up. Just called his office and ended up leaving. I wouldn't use them or recommend them to my worst enemy.

I recently had an issue with the air conditioning in my airbnb, and I called Absolute Air for help. They were able to come out the same day and quickly diagnose and fix the problem. The technician who came to my property was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took the time to explain the issue and the steps he was taking to fix it. I was impressed with his level of expertise and his commitment to getting my airbnb's AC up and running again.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Absolute Air. Their prompt response, excellent customer service, and quality workmanship were top-notch. I highly recommend this HVAC business to anyone in need of reliable and efficient air conditioning and heating services

Garrett Burke is the best tech ever! After three days of trying to find someone to fix our ac! He was the only one! He had it fixed within a hour! Most time was spent on the phone with warranty. He is so nice and happy he solved this issue that no one else could!

It’s like pulling teeth to get someone out for your AC. Worked with them through our Home Warranty, the first time the AC went out a guy came and “fixed it”. It went out 2 days later. He came back and said something else was the issue that he saw last time, if he saw it last time, why didnt he fix it the last time? Took 10 days and two more home visits to get them to replace the AC which they did. Spent $900 for a new unit for it to be leaking inside the house two weeks later. Now, with a constant trickle of water from the ceiling and currently on our second appointment since the leak, they continue to make excuses and try to give us appointments days out. Fix the problem the first time you come. They want to quote us to repair the leak, when in reality, a two week old unit should NOT be constantly leaking inside the home. Do not use this company unless you want to take multiple days off work for multiple appointments, over a span of two months. Will be reporting them and filing a claim against their contractor license.

Absolute Air AZ saved the day. We were away for the summer and came back to one of our AC units not working. We booked a repair within 3 business days they came and fixed the issue same day. Our AC is working perfectly again. Thank you so very much. We will use them again.

Rudy from Absolut Air was kind enough to wait for a bit as I was late in returning home. Taking it all in stride, he went straight to work checking out both the Attic Air Handler and the Compressor on the ground. He made short work of returning my system to blowing cold again. He even took the time to advise me on future trends in the industry and how I might make the most of my $$ when I next purchase. He was pleasant and considerate. Thanks Rudy!

Absolute Air is an amazing company. I had an issue with a rental property and they stepped up and solved it. Great customer service, reliable and honest. Use Absolute Air and you will not be disappointed. They are a 10+!!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They were sent by my home warranty company because my AC went out when it was 90+ degrees out. The guy came and said my control board was completely fried. I then called to get an estimate on price and timeline, they said they weren't allowed to provide price. My home warranty then declined the claim so I called Absolute Air back to just go directly through them for the repair. They kept giving me the run around saying they were waiting for the parts warehouse to get back to them so I could know the price and timeline to get the repair as I was desperate to get some relief. Each time I called the gal, Stephanie, seemed annoyed I was checking in and said she couldn't provide a price for the part of timeline. I never ended up hearing back. Ended up going through Semper Fi who sent someone out same day and they figured out nothing was wrong with my AC, my thermostat went bad and they replaced same day and got it back up and running. The repair guy from Absolute Air completely re-wired my control board back together wrong and left it open on the roof so if it had rained, it could've fried the entire thing. Will never be using this company again. Terrible all around.

My air conditioning needed repair on a Thursday when it was well over 100° in Phoenix and my warranty company selected Absolute Air. Turns out all I needed was an easy to get Compressor but it took them one week so we had to live elsewhere for a week. When I called to check on the status, I was put on hold multiple times, disconnected, etc. Stephanie was less than pleasant. They typically answer the phone. Can you hold. And then put you on hold for four or five minutes. eight days after they completed the first repair of the air conditioning went out again, however, they're closed on weekends.
They called me back at 10:45 Monday morning to try to schedule for the following Friday, after we just had two days at 116° in a row.
During that week while we were waiting for the initial repair, we had plants die and a number of things damaged in the house due to the heat because the house got to be 101° inside. Absolute Air could care less. Ended up hiring Parker And Sons who came out the day and fixed it quickly and affordably, and I don't care if the warranty company reimburses me or not.

Extremely happy with our service from Absolute Air. We were assigned this company by our home warranty. Garrett showed up as scheduled, he was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to get our system up and running again. He told us when he left that their company would scheduled a follow up the following week. Early the next week I received a phone call to schedule the follow up. Garrett again showed up on schedule and rechecked everything. Couldn't be happier. Will request this company if we ever need further AC service.

It is said, that the first person that you encounter at a business is not only the first impression of the company, but sometimes the face and voice behind it as well. For that reason, I wanted to congratulate Absolute Air AZ, for my first impression with Stephanie! It was refreshing to have a friendly and kind and courteous person greet me, during my time of need with my HVAC repair.
