Sal, Conner, and Brandin replaced 2 units for us last week. They arrived promptly at the appointment time and were prepared and organized to get started right away. They made a great team in that they already had a routine down from previously working together. They worked very efficiently together with each of them having their own established responsibilities. They had a great work ethic and worked hard all day despite the extreme heat and having to be in the dusty attic. They were all very friendly and easy to talk to. They were great about answering questions or providing updates throughout the day. They took photos of all the work they completed and shared them with us afterwards. It was clear that they took pride in their work. They cleaned everything up when they were done. There were 4 of us home all day during the install, and Sal, Conner, and Brandin were extremely considerate of us and our needs as well as very respectful of our home. They truly went above and beyond! Our new A/C units have been keeping us cool since the install, and we’ve had no issues at all. Our overall impression of Climate Pro: They employ great people. They are very customer focused. They place a high emphasis on quality.

We had Guy out for an estimate and he was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and was more than willing to explain everything and answer any and all questions. He went back around making sure everything was clean and provided us with a quote before he left. A+

Isaiah Beatstinggo was amazing! He fixed my AC thoroughly, paying attention to every detail. He was professional yet friendly, and I could tell he truly cared about doing the job right. Most importantly, I felt I could completely trust him in my home. People like Isaiah—skilled, efficient, and full of integrity—are hard to find. I’ll definitely call him again if I ever need AC work.

This company is amazing! I have been working with a different HVAC company and haven’t been completely satisfied so I called them to share some of my issues. They spent over 30 minutes listening to my questions and patiently answering them, as well as suggesting what next steps should be. They were extremely professional and didn’t disparage the competition. A technician Javier just came over today and was extremely friendly, professional, and walked me through exactly what the issue was, and even showed me in person. I did not feel like I was being rushed and felt like I was a VIP. I would recommend them to anyone and the prices are reasonable and seem to be even less than the competition!

We without hesitation give Climate Pro and tech Zeke Braden five stars for our AC service today. The company and Zeke kept us informed of estimated time of arrival and were right on time! Zeke was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. Zeke provided us with options to consider without any pressure. Steve was great. we had our HVAC winter maintenance done and he was quite thorough. Also, explained what he did and we got a list of what he had done. Also, I found him honest, which is refreshing.

Colton did an outstanding job explaining the services that I needed to get maximum service from my unit. I appreciate the level of service that Colton gave me and for Jason coming out the next day to clean the ducts. Kudos to Colton and Jason.

I finally found an honest A/C service tech. Colton represented himself and Climate Pro with knowledge and experience and was extremely professional bringing faith back in the American work force.

My experience with Climate Pro was great from my initial phone call with Renee to the 4 hrs or so that Ryan, master tech, was here. Renee listened to all of the issues I was having with my ducts and AC unit and got me an appointment within a couple of hours. Ryan was respectful, knowledgeable and thorough! He went above and beyond to find a solution. He explained everything in layman's terms, showed me the readings on the different air levels in the house and he was pleasant and truthful. We agreed to leave everything as is for now. I will be scheduling a duct cleaning with them next month and I will be signing up for their service plan. I wasn't pressured to do either. I'm grateful to have found a company with integrity. Thank you for restoring my trust.
