What a great experience I had with Mason pro services! The power surge took out my ceiling, fan That is also my primary ceiling light in my living room. I called for an electrician and Deontae came out to evaluate the problem. He checked to make sure that I still had electricity running to the outlet and then returned the next day to install the ceiling fan and light. He was very professional, friendly and efficient. Did a great job on the install and cleaned up completely and hauled away the old fan. I would definitely use Mason pro services for any work. I need done in the future.

Cristian was great from the consult through the completion of my NEMA 14-50 installation. He educated me on the process and gave me best tips for safety. He completed the installation way faster than I imagined it would take.

The tech, Mitchell, was on time and did an awesome job replacing the backflow valve for our irrigation system. Recommend Mason Pro Services for any plumbing work.

A lot of these reviews are bought. Careful who you use. Call a friend and use a small company these guys will rip you off as soon as they can. Told us it was a warranty part. (Capacitor) we all know how much they cost. They are $50 max on Amazon. Mason charged us $406. For a capacitor then told us that it would be under warranty. Then a week AFTER they told us they’d call the manufacturer we had to call them. And pretty much chase our warranty call down. And the warranty cost, it was only $229. So they over charged us by almost $200. Plus the service fee and the labor. Can you believe it? Not even gonna fight these guys on it. This company will rip you off any chance they can. You have been warned- will never use them again and will tell all my friends and family how much of a rip off these guys were. They got me. Don’t let them get you. Push bad companies out of AZ

Update!!! It’s now 10/26- part failed. We left a message for our friends at pro services. Notice they never responded here and Still waiting on a call back from them, oh yeah went up to check out the capacitor and check out the hack job on our 3 year old unit.

Mike miller seems to be a really great guy. He was so careful in my house, which I just don’t see anymore. He did a maintenance on my HVAC and explained everything to me perfectly. I was happy to know that I had someone I could request and know he would be the best fit for me. Thank you Mike

I have nothing but praise for Mason Pro Services. We had a clogged kitchen sink and leaking dishwasher. They were really quick in responding to the service request, within an hour. They first sent a text with the photo of the person they are sending over, then calle when he's on his way. Mitchell was very efficient and effective, got the problem fixed in no time. I will definitely use them again if I need in the future.

Cristian was exceptional in his knowledge, professionalism, and service. We had a Tesla charger installed and couldn’t be happier with the company’s communication and reliability. We will use Mason for our future needs and highly recommend them for yours.

Mitchell and Masons Pro Services have always provided an amazing professional experience. Mitchell has done 4 different plumbing jobs in my house. All jobs were completed with excellence. Last year I purchased a new air conditioning system from Masons Pro Services. The whole team was outstanding. From my first contact with their sales representative to the installation and the follow up after installation. I do not know all of their names, but a big shout out to all of them. I had already had 2 other estimates and their price for the new A/C was very fair compared to the others. I just looked at my bill/usage from last summer with my old air conditioner and July’s bill this year with the new A/C, and I am loving the savings! Every employee I have had contact with, including the girls who answer the phone are genuinely kind people. I have an older home so I already know that I have up and coming projects. I will keep doing business with this company and recommend them to anyone out there that is seeking a reliable, professional service.

Tony was able to explain our problem with a pin hole leak doing so much as our getting water from the refrigerator increased pressure. It helped us to make decisions. The referral to the restoration company has helped us to move forward quickly to dole all the problems from the leak. Tony was professional and helpful.

Second job had George for estimate felt great about information and process would go. Just completed work and we are very pleased.

They sent a gentleman over named Mitchell. He was absolutely awesome. Fixed my disposal and did me a huge favor by twisting a hose off a water spigot which I could not get loose. I would recommend Mitchell again! Thank you Mason Pro Service😃😃

We had our ducts cleaned for the first time in 30 years ( shameful). Alberto and Zach from Mason Pro Services were spectacular. I had always thought duct cleaning was a bit of a scam, but after seeing the before and after pictures, it is not! Alberto and Zach removed more than 25 wall vents and didn’t leave a mark. They cleaned up meticulously. May be among the most conscientious service we have had at a very fair price. Two really nice gentlemen. Highly recommend Mason Pro Services!

Mitchell was awesome, called when he was on his way and took out a bathroom vanity in a few minutes and was professional and great to work with! Hopefully he comes back and reinstalls the new vanity when we get it!

Jim at Mason Pro Services is top notch. He always has our best interest in mind when parts of our HVAC system need repaired or replaced. He is very detailed when explaining what he did and why in a way that makes sense to the average homeowner. We will request he come to service our HVAC system again.

Such a great company! Honest, reliable with technicians who are highly trained! Service techs don't rely on over-selling to make their salary, are respectful of property and pleasant and knowledgeable. We can't recommend this service highly enough.

I had a clogged main drain. Mitchell was on time, polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and gave me his expert opinion on future maintenance. He reseated one toilet , found a crack in the second toilet and even corrected a problem from a previous different plumber. I could not have asked for better service. I feel confident the problem is resolved. I would highly recommend.

I was having a problem with the heating system so I called the place and they were able to fit an appointment for the same day. The service was great. The were able to fix the problem and I was able to have heat and not suffer another day with 63 degrees in the morning. The guys were very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I can't select who the best person was that helped facilitate the purchase and installation of my two new units, as they were all great.
They exceeded my expectations in communication, politeness, knowledge and meeting and exceeding all commitments.
(Cute - we found one of the technicians sweeping the floors wherever he may have walked, although clean before, even cleaner after).
