Danny, Jose, & Jared were out to install some ducting and sheet metal work and they were great. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean and looked much better than I had even expected due to the tight space they had to work in.

Talitha, Anthony, and team are superstars. I was out of state and called in a panic because my house sitter said it was over 90° in the house. Antrim fit me in same day - only a few hours after I called - on the day after a holiday, when they were slammed. They got the issue resolved, under warranty. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation so much less awful!

I made an appointment to have my a/c unit checked in my office before summer heat hit. Anthony advised me that a motor needed to be replaced or I could wait until it broke. The price was very affordable and he explained my options to me in a very professional and courteous manner. I then had him do a service check on my rental property, personal home, and my moms. I am thrilled to have an honest, family owned and operated company that I can trust that have my best interest in mind. These folks were a breeze to work with and incredibly responsive via email/phone! Had to wait just a few weeks for equipment with ongoing supply chain issues but the actual install was a speedy 4 hours early in the morning. Left no mess whatsoever. Highly recommend them for communication, price and professionalism :)

AC went out in my rental condo in East Mesa. Called one of the "Big Boys" in town...ooooh, your compressor is shot, lots of issues, 3900 bucks to repair. OR, we can sell you a NEW one for 5700! Called another place, almost the same exact script, except 2000.00 more!! Called Antrim their tech came out close to 5 PM. "Looks like a loose wire, and, you need a charge". 45 minutes later, and just a very small service call charge, AC works like a Champ!! Honesty goes a long way, Antrim...you are the Good Guys!

Antrim air is the only company we call for service to our air and heating. It is family owned and they care about their clients. They do quality work and are always professional! They provide quality service at fair prices!

I have had services by Antrim Air for several years and have been completely satisfied with the exception of the last service. I was informed by the tech that came out to do a routine maintance, per our service contract, that he did not feel safe on our roof. We were reschedule. The maintance was performed by another tech at a later date, which, was totally acceptable. I subsequently called to update my plan and question why one of the tech felt unsafe. I was informed at that time that since the path to my A/C was tiles it was not safe and that my account was flagged to only certain individuals to service my A/C. I was concerned that since my A/c is older, and the fact that it could go out at some point, and leave my family in a bad situation, that I may not get service as needed in a timely manner. Upon speaking with the tech that was assigned for my service, I was informed that I would need to sign a waiver that if tile were broken that I was liable for damage, which, I would have been more than agreeable. All the years they serviced my A/C, it was never brought to my attention that my account was flagged due to any particular structure issues. The tech was very defensive and almost attacking, when I was trying to get information and basic insurance that I would be able to get service in a timely manner, esp. if my A/C was out. This is an FYI to others.

We called Antrim Air for a second opinion after a different company misled and lied about a repair and the amount of refrigerant we had to replace (claiming a coil was leaking in the handler and 20 pounds of freon needed to be replaced on a 4-ton unit). Nope! Antrim’s to the rescue! The response time was great and Anthony was very respectful of my home and family. Anthony did find a small leak on the unit, repaired the stem, replaced 3 pounds of freon and verified that everything was in good order. Regrettably, we wasted time and money through our home warranty company and learned not to rely on the clowns a warranty company sends. In the future we will completely rely on Antrim knowing we can trust and depend on them. They were also the only company out of four others that we spoke to that didn’t tell us that our 10 year old unit likely needed to be replaced.

Antrim Air was outstanding, we had problems with our air conditioning, my husband called another company to look at the air conditioner. The tech told him that it was this and that and it would cost a whole lot of money.
We called Antrim Air and they came out for a second opinion. He was very knowledgeable and able to show my husband exactly what it was and explained everything. He fixed it for a fraction of the price that the other person had quoted to do something that wasn’t necessary. It saved us over a thousand dollars.
This company is honest and knowledgeable, we will be using them forever, you can’t do wrong with this company. Thank you Antrim Air!!!

Came home to an A/C not working. Other companies were more than a week out. I called and Anthony heard what happened and was able to squeeze me in that morning. The work was fast, high quality, and reasonably priced. Could not be happier.

After two companies couldn’t diagnose our a/c issues, we finally contacted Antrim. The scheduler and technician were very pleasant and communicative. He diagnosed the problem and they’re currently working on ordering a part to repair the unit. Nothing but praise for this group!

Antrim air has repaired our air conditioning 4 times now within 2ish months.

Pros:
They are are able to get there within a few days (it’s tough here because once the AC goes out, the house heats to nearly 100 within hours).
They communicate an accurate arrival window (appreciated as we have work to schedule around, and pets who don’t like other people entering the home).
They fix the problem in a timely manner.

Cons:
The problem continues to persist.
Because we are in a rental, they aren’t allowed to tell us what the problem is.

Overall, happy with response time. They are probably much better to work with if you are a homeowner and they are transparent about the problems, solutions, and best course of action.

Discovering one needs to replace an AC unit, in July, right before record temperatures rolled in was unbelievably stressful, frustrating and HOT.
Incredibly grateful for the team at Antrim. Incredibly responsive, continually in contact, patient and informative; I feel like and I am appreciative of what can only be described as ‘emotional intelligence’… the team seemed to know how stressful this was and stayed in step with me to guide to resolution. I’m grateful, and, honestly, surprised at the available options for payment & financing… that was a huge weight off and Talitha, the owner, was incredible in guiding me through the options with no judgement, only relevant information.
This interaction leaves me reassured and confident that when I’m ready to replace the second unit, it will be a walk in the park, partnering with Antrim!

Great company! Honest and reliable! We had to buy an entire new Air conditioning unit. Even though it took a week to get it installed, they were honest and had amazing service. We used another large company before and we're not pleased with their service. With the big company, it felt like a sales pitch instead of actually wanting to help us. It was a great company and so glad that I used them.
