Antrim Air was great to work with for both the AC maintenance and installation. They gave me great information to make a decision on what I needed to do with my old unit. They did some research to help ease my concerns with refrigerant getting phased out. They worked with my tenant on timing allowing me to not have to be a middle man. Great quality, good advice and fair price. I highly recommend them and will use their services again on other properties.

Updated 2025- avoid this place. They may do good work but they are not good people. I cannot support someone who can keep their household in order and focused on family instead of other issues. Family first. I hope this negative review allows the owner to re-prioritize their family and get help.

This is by far the best, most professional and courteous team I have worked with. The owners of the business Anthony and Talitha are easy to work with and very hands on with scheduling, follow up and the work on property. I have used their services over the past 5 years numerous times with prices that are reasonable and quick service. The last time I had an issue, the owner Anthony came out and did the work. I appreciate their business ethics and attitude to do things right for the customer.

December 2020 update:

We used Antrim to replace both our aging AC units. Oddly, though on par for 2020, one of the units had a bad part needed for heating and it wouldn’t work. Somehow missed during quality control at the factory I guess. Despite their busy schedule, they worked with the manufacturer and got a replacement part the next day and got our unit up and running. Yet another example of their dedication to customer service and satisfaction. Thank you Antrim Air!

I would like thank Antrim for their customer centric approach. They have been servicing our AC units for the last 6 years and over that time they have always done right by us. In our experience, they have been not only been prompt, proficient, and honest, but also willing to make things right to our satisfaction when an issue arose. We recommend them wholeheartedly for your heating and cooling needs.

We have used Antrim several times for repairs and they have always been quick to take care of us. When we decided to replace the whole system, we compared the prices between Antrim and a deal with Costco, and found Antrim to be the better priced system.
The installation was punctual and professionally done. And when they ran in to some unforeseen issues in my attic that made things much more difficult for them, they still handled it professionally and put everything back as it was before they started.
We had our nursery room on a corner of the house and it was always the hottest room. As part of the install, Anthony said he could optimize the ducting to increase the air flow to that room. The nursery is much better now, and matches whatever temperature we have the house set at.
We recommend Antrim to anybody that asks, and will continue to do so. The service is worth it.

They respond promptly and show up on time(when's the last time a contractor you hired did that?). Anthony provided excellent service and resolution for our A/C issue! We recently bought our house that was still under warranty from the previous owner. He was very professional, friendly and thorough when walking us through the existing issue and how to prevent the issue in the future. Additionally, he took extra time to walk us through how to clean the mini split filters and what trees/plants are not AC unit friendly. We will definitely be using Antrim Air again if any future issues arise!

I recently had my a/c unit replaced by Antrim Air and normally don’t leave reviews. But they did such a fabulous job that I really wanted to share my experience. I have been a long time customer and they have always been awesome to deal with. Whenever we have had issues with our very old unit they were extremely responsive and always fixed the problem quickly. They worked with us the last 2 year’s to keep our unit working until we were able to replace it. The installation was not easy and it was very hot but the team, yes team, at Antrim was wonderful and diligently worked to get it done in one day so we were again comfortable. If you have any reservations about this company I can personally tell you they are very professional, courteous and really care about their clients. You can’t go wrong with them. I am a loyal forever customer.
