This was our second time using Mason Pro Services (the first was for electrical), and once again they exceeded our expectations. When our air stopped working, I booked online and was able to get next-day service. Their customer service team even called the morning of the appointment to confirm, which I really appreciated.

Alberto and his apprentice Gabriel came out and were fantastic—super communicative before arriving and very quick to diagnose and fix the issue. Alberto also took the time to explain how to properly maintain our unit, which was incredibly helpful and reassuring. I felt so well taken care of that I ended up signing up for their maintenance program, which also saved me money. Highly recommend Mason Pro Services!

Worked with George P to get my new toilet installed and the previous removed. The quality of the work was worth the price. It was a Japanese style toilet with a fancy seat and he installed it perfectly.

My experience with Comfort Systems has been the absolute best.. The people are great, the work they do is immaculate.. I would absolutely recommend this company for ANY HVAC or Mechanical work to everyone..

A friend of mine suggested a few different companies to get a new HVAC. So, I called Comfort Systems USA for a quote. Their prices are OUTRAGEOUS.

I asked for an explanation of the quote and I was treated rudely.

The way the company handles their customer's requests, especially in light of their fees is shocking.

At least that is my experience with Comfort Systems USA.

I've been using CSUSA for over 25 years now (formerly Tri-City Mechanical) and have only had positive experiences. Tim Plaster worked for years in the field and is now in a position of leadership in the office. As an estimator and overall resource for information, Tim is top notch. Jeff Wikoff and Chuck S. are my in-field contacts that are also a wealth of information. What is most important to me is that I can count on CSUSA to help guide me in the right direction for changes at the facility. It's truly a synergistic relationship wherein I can propose changes and ask any of these guys for feedback, knowing I'll get straight answers. There have been times Tim or Jeff have suggested alternative methods or materials that lowered the project costs, meaning less revenue for CSUSA. Bottom line, I trust Tim, Jeff, and Chuck at CSUSA to be totally honest with me and openly discuss jobs with no ulterior motives... just two businesses both trying to get things done the best way possible with the best cost/benefit ratios. I highly recommend CSUSA

Incompetent driving and lack of self-awareness. When you drive a company truck, make sure you represent it well. I wouldn't trust a guy that doesn't know how to drive and understand the simple etiquette of the road.

Tell your drivers to get out of the left lane during rush hour if they aren’t passing anyone.

This is not regarding the company, but the driver. One of the drivers rushed ahead of me when I was in my lane and cut me off abruptly. They Didn’t want to wait for the transition they wanted to MAKE The transition theirs and I found that very rude.
