Caden went out of his way to troubleshoot & assess the root cause of an ongoing issue that has been a problem. because we learned that the cause was not related directly to a cooling or heating issue his service exceeded my expectations.(And as a 9 yr. client of Climate Pro, I can say the service has always been excellent). The customer service and work done by everyone at Climate Pro is top notch. Amanda, who answered the phone, was very nice, professional and helpful, and got me set up for my broken AC to be checked out about an hour later. Which is so great and not something I've had with other AC businesses during the summers here.
And Colten, the technician, was the best. He's very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and genuinely friendly and personable. He immediately saw the problem, had the part in his van, and had it fixed in no time.
And I got a follow up phone call the next day making sure all is still good, and thanking me for my business.

They service several properties for me and for family members as well and I wouldn't use any one else.
STEVE was on time very knowledgeable patient and thorough. He answered my questions not only about the service but about the parts the necessity for them and exactly what it is that they do and how they affect the performance of my units. We went above and beyond to make sure that I would receive the documents necessary to submit a request for a new unit. I love the fact that even though the property management company or owners of the property hour Church is currently meeting at may use another company they weren't concerned about getting the contract they were more concerned about us having a functioning unit. Steve represented you guys well, he didn't shy away from going up in that hot attic and spending the time necessary to make the repairs and install whatever it was that was necessary to keep my unit running well

Hayden with Climate Pro was here today to do a semi yearly maintenance check. Hayden was polite and professional. He explained what he had done as well as point out items that needed attention. I have been extremely pleased with service. Very pleased with Company ethics.

Was able to get same day service when my AC went out! Colten my tech was awesome! Showed up right when he said he would, very professional, great communication & explanation about the diagnosis process and very honest & transparent about repairs needed. It even turned out to be a much smaller issue than expected by a mile! Highly recommend!

Matt was extremely helpful with identifying the correct system for us. He asked many questions about our needs and concerns to help determine what product was best for us. He thoroughly inspected our existing units and identified multiple areas that were in need of improvement. He presented multiple systems and explained their differences in relation to cost and efficiency. We are very excited for our upcoming install.

Yesterday we had Micah and Matt come to our house to check and do service on our A/C and Heating systems. They both were very friendly and kind and did great work. We even bought and had them install a whole house air purifier scrubber system. We are really looking forward to see how that system is going to work and now we can get rid of our smaller room air purifier’s. The electrician is friendly and appears skilled, but the quality of work and communication fell short. Tasks were left incomplete or improperly done, such as poorly installed breakers and misaligned camera placements. There was also a lack of follow-up regarding property damage during conduit replacement. Scheduling was unreliable, with 6 week delay after scheduling a month ahead of time and poor customer service. We paid thousands of dollars based being a Rosie on the House partner. Not worth it. Never again.

We’ve had an outstanding experience with Mason Pro Services, from the receptionist team to the pros who delivered work for us. Of note — Christian and Mitchell were both amazing … friendly, professional, respectful and highly talented at their work. We’ve had a couple of bad experiences with electrician companies in the Valley and thus the experience with Mason Prob stands out even more. They’re our go-to for all things HVAC, plumbing and electrical at this point!
