Absolute Air - Absolutely fantastic! My home warranty company first sent 2 other contractors. The first was more interested in selling me additional services than repairing my AC. The second wanted just to refill my system with R-22 without doing anything else. The trouble being that this was the second time in less than a year that the Freon leaked out. To me it was not right to just allow this expensive, toxic stuff to just leak out.
I complained and they finally sent out Absolute Air. The first guy they sent, I believe his name was Donald, was excellent. After a thorough examination, he found that my old system was leaking at the coils and condenser. They negotiated with the warranty company and after much hassle, they got me a beautiful new system. They were professional, caring, knowledgeable and efficient. Outstanding!

10/10. As tenants, Absolute Air was dispatched to us by our property management office to fix our AC. Absolute Air did a fantastic job in seeing the AC issues through. The team at the office and the technicians on-site were prompt, respectful, and very attentive to the issue and kept in contact with us every step of the way. They know their job inside/out and their confidence matches their excellence in performance. Their transparent and honest communication is very appreciated and the responsiveness was on point. The technicians we dealt with were beyond amazing. Very knowledgeable and understanding. If you are a company looking for AC vendors or if you're a tenant you can't go wrong with retaining or hiring Absolute Air. I know the team by name and I've contacted them to personally thank them. Skilar was excellent in getting me scheduled on short notice & Charles, the tech, did a fantastic job. My unit was acting up and not cooling. They went above and beyond to get it taken care of quickly. Charles was a total pro, really thorough & efficient. He’s a great asset to the company. I’ve been in the construction trades for decades and have dealt with many different HVAC companies. I highly recommend Absolute Air AZ. Way to go!

The service tech was super nice to my wife, and provided a very complete account of what was going on with our AC unit. The customer service person (Stephanie?) has been really easy to work with, has communicated with us very effectively, and has done everything required by our home warranty company very quickly. I have no complaints, this company has been very professional, and has followed through with everything they have said they would do.

Absolute Air provided us with the best air conditioning experience in the 15 years we've lived in the valley. The young lady in the office was so wonderful. The phone was picked up right away. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable. She really cared about out air being out on one of the hottest days of the year and was able to squeeze us in first thing the next morning. The gentleman arrived right on time the next day. He also was pleasant and went right to work. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. He explained exactly why it was not working and showed me the defective part he had replaced. Very reasonable price. I will never use anyone else for my air tune ups, repairs or purchase. Thank you Absolute Air!!!

I give a five star to Cody the installer. He was great. He came On time took out my old AC put the new one in and the upgrades all within four hours. Stephanie was great about trying to get my AC fixed on a Sunday for me. I was super happy.. The four comes with trying to get reports to my Home #Warranty getting the runaround for more than almost a month literally having a breakdown with life due to the fact, there was no cool air in my house. It was marked as urgency, but I didn’t see the urgency on my home warranty side, or whoever wrote the report for absolute airing

Absolute Air.. more like Absolute Awesome!! My home warranty, picked them as a service provider and I could not have been happier with the choice. Absolute Air was quick to respond when I contacted them. They were quick to show up and they were always quick to do the work and more than happy to answer any questions I have!

Colten, with Climate Pro, was awesome! He was very informative about his diagnosis process, and the steps needed to repair our AC. He even took the extra steps to call our unit’s manufacturer to check warranty status on a particular part. Of which saved us ~$500 in the end. Thanks again, Colten! Five stars buddy.

Caden came out to our home to diagnose a thermostat issue. He found the problem quickly and repaired it at no charge. Caden has been out to my home a few times and he is always kind, friendly and super knowledgeable. As always, thanks Caden😊

Just adding a review for Hayden who was awesome to work with. He was friendly and professional and answered all of the relevant questions for my HVAC.

Technician's name was Guy. He was very thorough. Took the time to explain what he was doing and how the results of the analysis affects my a/c unit.

Climate Pro is the best! We love the staff! Hayden was respectful, professional and very knowledgeable. All the peeps are great! We always ask for Hayden because he is so wonderful. He always changes our filters and explains everything that we need and we thoroughly trust him.

Matt came out to give us a quote for HVAC replacement. He clearly had extensive HVAC knowledge. He was thorough in his assessment and shared video from our attic so that we could see some of the issues that needed to be addressed. He answered all of our questions patiently and explained things to our satisfaction. He provided a few different options so that we could compare costs, and we never felt any pressure. Matt stood out to us as being a very warm, friendly, and genuine person. He was easy to talk to. He went above and beyond and was extremely respectful of our home.

After having a bad experience with another company, several friends referred Climate Pro. I called them and Matt came out the next day (I called after hours and didn't need someone at midnight). He was thorough, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me. I understand why they came so highly recommended.

**2nd Update. I replaced my dying unit and stayed with ClimatePros. They got me a price several hundred less than other companies quoted and got it installed faster than I expected. Everyone I've dealt with here has been friendly, professional, and great to work with

I previously left a great review after spending over $22k to have our units replaced. I don’t know about you, but that’s a fortune for a middle class family trying to make ends meet. I was sold on the customer service and promises only to find out I was sold one unit that was not compatible (I have video of the technicians discussing this themselves for proof) and have a very disappointing experience ever since. Was promised someone would be out in 1-2 weeks post installation to check on everything. Had to set the appointment up myself after almost 3 weeks and no contact, only for no one to show up after setting aside an afternoon for that visit. Called and only got an answering service and even tho climate pro advertises 24/7 emergency service was told they’d get back to me the next day. Meanwhile Freon from one of my brand new top of the line units is barfing out all over and I have kids and lots of pets. Obviously they are not holding up their end of the bargain, their advertisements for 24 hour emergency service is a lie. Buyer beware. Next step is contacting BBB and the state. Was also told they would handle my SRP rebate for the new units and they haven’t done that yet either. The obit I attached isn’t even the half of it. I could stand up straighter than this AC unit after a gallon of gin.

Zeke was excellent and Climate Pro was awesome as well! Climate Pro reminded us the night before our appointment, called with a time frame the morning of, and then called us with an ETA when the driver was on his way. Zeke got to our house, asked us about the unit, and then explained everything he was going to look at. After his inspection Zeke went over his notes and findings with us then explained in detail what was working great and what needed fixed or cleaned. The whole process was efficient, Zeke was extremely knowledgeable, honest and super friendly. He finished the job, explained everything he did and went over our new service plan! Couldn’t be happier with Zeke and Climate Pro.

Connor and his apprentice replaced my AC and heating systems. They were both kind, friendly, and Connor was extremely knowledgeable in his craft, and his apprentice was getting continued praise from Connor for a job well done throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company for any AC and heating concerns.
