Excellent service and highly recommended! Our hot water heater went out overnight. We called in the morning and Mitchell was here within 2 hours. Professional, honest and high quality work. We even had one additional request for our outside faucet and he was able to fit the service in at the same time. This will be out family’s go-to plumbing service!

Alberto did my maintenance and I was very pleased with his service. He was very thorough with the inspection and explained everything as he was going through each portion. He inspected all the CO/ Fire alarms, cleaned the bathroom vent, cleaned the furnace sensor, and troubleshoot my laundry room vent switch. Excellent service;

I continue to impressed by this company, more specifically the quality of staff employed. We had our ACs inspected by Alberto (6 mo post installation checkup) and he was top shelf. Respectful, knowledgeable (and eager to edify us to ensure we understood our systems), professional in how he approached his work, inquired of our needs, conducted the work and exited. I highly recommend Mason Pro from install, to quality assurance to longer term follow ups, we’ve been unshakably pleased by the service we’ve received.

George came and replaced my old water heater that stopped working. He has been in this profession 25+ years and is very professional. He completed the job with confidence and answered every question I had for him. He explained the necessary upkeep and warranty. If there is any need, I will have this company back out.

Mason is the best! We have used all their services over the last 20 years and the service today did not disappoint. Today we have to have regular maintenance to our 3
aC units in our new home. We had to have some minor repairs done to ensure the u it’s have no issues. We also has 3 surge protectors installed. Mason took the time to ensure it was done right and everything was cleaner than before they came. Our AC & heating units are in great shape and ready four the heat of the AC summer. We use Mason for all their services. Alberto Ponce was the best!

Mike and David helped me navigate through all the nuances to get me the results I wanted with various options. They were great and very professional. Mason pro customer service was quick and they are very professional. They ensured that they installed my Tesla level 2 charger to the city’s standards. After the install, they had the city of Phoenix come out and inspect the charger. The technician was on time and did an amazing job with the install.

I needed a second opinion on fixing my HVAC system and was referred to Mason Pro Services by the manufacturer, Trane. I originally spoke with Challen who was very helpful and informative. Consequently, I decided to proceed with scheduling a service call and had AJ Lee assigned as my technician. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and skilled, providing exceptional service across two visits. Furthermore, their scheduling process was smooth and the quotes provided were much more reasonable than the other company I was using. All of this was a significant relief for me and am very pleased with how things worked out. As a result, I am now considering using Mason for another job.

Great response time for the appointment. I wanted them to install Nest thermostats and clarified it was for two different brands of units and also a heat pump system. Google was not helpful getting them hooked up so I needed a professional. Nest thermostats are tricky for sure but at one point in the process the technician was telling me they weren’t compatible. I kept going with Nest on the phone and we were able to identify the miss on the hook up and get it working.

Jim came out and went over all options for my current situation. I felt he was very honest and straightforward and made sure all my questions were answered, regardless of the time it took. I recently had HVAC services provided by Mason Pro. Dave, the technician who came out to diagnose the issue was very professional and more importantly, very knowledgeable and was able to offer various solutions . I was able to discuss Dave’s findings with McKenzie, who is in the office and we were able to review a plan of action to remedy the problem with the HVAC. Two days later Dave, Alberto and Gabriel showed up at the residence on time and proceeded to work diligently. During this service, all three exhibited extreme professionalism, and were courteous, and even laughed at some dumb jokes of mine. Pricing was reasonable, communication was excellent and the tenant in the house said they left the house cleaner then when they had arrived. Kudos to all three.

Alberto was very professional, well spoken and kind. He arrivedvon time, put on shoe covers before coming into my home, and explained the entire cleaning process so I knew what to expect. Alberto and his colleague, Zach worked quietly and efficiently while in my home. They even removed their hats because it scares my dog. I couldn't ask for a better gentleman to provide services in my home.

Have used Mason Mechanical for years for HVAC projects. Late at night we needed a plumber and knowing the company is now Mason Pro Services, I verified they have emergency plumbing services. Called and they were at the house in about 3 hours as tech was already at a job in Mesa. Great service and the tech verified the situation was resolved. Tech very friendly and knowledgeable. Will not hesitate to use them again if necessary.

We had a water leak underground and we were recommended by our regular plumber who doesn't do that type of leak detection work..He recommended the place to call was Mason Pro. We are glad we did. Tony the plumber came out and detected where the leak was coming from and did a great job fixing it. Personable, caring and very knowledgeable about his craft. Highly recommend Mason Pro and if you need any work that's plumber related ask for Tony you will be glad you did.
