I have used Antrim Air on several occasions and felt they earned a good review here. They are punctual, professional, friendly and get the job done at a fair price. I own and manage several properties in Scottsdale and will continue to use their services.

We had another local company install a new system twice and damage the equipment and our home inside a year. Antrim came in with another amazing company and worked together to get our attic altered and the new proper sized system installed and everything is working great. They are very professional and empathetic.

They come to our rescue time and time again! My husband and I run a Real Estate Team and They are the most professional and helpful A/C company we've ever worked with! We need to make sure we are referring only companies that provide EXCELLENT service and they absolutely do! They are reasonably priced and our clients continue to say what amazing service they've had with them. Antrim Air just replaced my own home's A/C unit as well last month. They're the BEST!!!

Local veteran owned company worth calling. I am always impressed with their knowledge and honesty. Antrim Air has been maintaining our units for the past 3 years. All issues we have had in the past with our units Antrim promptly came and fixed it with no problems. I highly recommend Antrim Air and will only call them for any of my HVAC needs.

Highest recommendation! High quality Installation, courteous customer service, reasonable cost, and very knowledgeable. Anthony offered less expensive repairs first. He replaced my old HVAC unit with a more energy efficient one, including rebuilding the base the air handler sits on in the attic. Then diagnosed and adjusted my other unit to run more efficiently. They also replaced my aging and leaking attic duct work with insulated ducts for both of the attic units and installed a new programmable thermostat. Overall my power bill was cut in half! Love this family owned business!

I purchased my first home this past year and had issues with the HVAC company that I am contracted through with my home warranty. I contacted Antrim Air and Anthony came out and inspected my unit free of charge and gave me his honest opinion and verified what work needed to be done. He also offered to come back out once the work was completed to make sure everything was done correctly. Not many companies care enough to come out and check up on you and expect nothing in return. All I know is once my warranty is up Antrim Air is where I’ll be going for all by HVAC issues or concerns! They are more than just a business and they actually care about they community they serve!

If I could give Antrim Air and their entire team 10 stars I would! I have used Antrim for all of my HVAC repairs and Maintenance as well as a thermostat upgrade. They have been amazing. When I was having trouble with my home warranty company and was unable to get any HVAC service in a timely manner, I called Antrim. They came out and did the repairs that totaled in the neighborhood of $400.00. I was a brand new customer and was beyond frazzled and near tears after my interaction with my Home Warranty company. Antrim charged me no more than the set fee I would have paid through home warranty. I was so appreciative and surprised by the kind gesture I think I was rendered a bit speechless. They continue to impress me. I have had them here in 118 degree weather and downpour Monsoon rains, and they are always exceptionally professional and take their time to explain every detail of what needs to be done. They provide great rates and simply service that can not be beat. Arizona is not my home state and it is nice to know I have a company I trust to manage my HVAC needs. Anthony, Talitha, Jen and everyone else at Antrim are AMAZING!!!

Antrim took all of the trouble out of getting a new A/C. I used Antrim to service my old unit. Over the years, they always recommended reasonable repairs and maintenance. When Antrim recommended a new unit, I could trust their opinion.

I was provided a list of options for equipment and financing. I liked that it was 5-6 options. So a good selection, but not overwhelming. I had questions about both. Talitha helped me understand sizes, likely return on investment, efficiency, and speed.

The installation was quick. Anthony and his team were on time and communicated well. Wow! Everything is pristine. This is the reason to hire a professional - excellent work.

Fast forward two months. I love the unit. It’s like a slight breeze. Happy with the variable speed. You can really feel the difference. The technology is wonderful!! Once we got the settings right, we have not had to touch it. Looking forward to lower AC bills!

He is extremely friendly, totally knowledgeable about his profession.
His wife (Who also is extremely friendly) answers your call and sets up your service time. Anthony has always contacted us prior to appointment, is always on time and does an amazing job for a more than fair price. Will explain everything that is needed in a Laymans term that you can understand.
They are the small family business that people look for that has the integrity and knowledge to make sure you’re A/C is taken care of correctly. I will always use and recommend them.

What a great company! I used Antrim Air to install a Mini-Split AC system in my garage. Not only were their prices the as good or better than the other quotes I received, but more importantly that were awesome to deal with. They were on time, professional, and did a top notch job. Antrim Air is great! Antrim has a level of professionalism, courtesy, and work ethic that I haven't found in a lot of service providers. Antrim has been providing annual service check ups for several years and recently replaced two units. Antrim air is awesome! They have been servicing my AC for several years and has always been upfront with any repairs and service. Finally installed a new system and I'm very pleased with the professionalism and installation which was completed in a timely manner! if you are wondering if you should hire them, the answer is yes!

From the time that Anthony came out to give us a quote on our new A/C unit to the finish installation of the new unit, the service was beyond amazing. It all started with his thorough explanation of everything when he was going over our quote for the new unit and what needed to be done along with which unit would fit our needs. Our old unit was 16 years old and at the time of the quote we told them to take their time scheduling an install since we had a working unit. Not like some people with the heat that didn’t. Talitha was great to work with and schedule our new installation date - not to mention going over the payment plans and documents. Anyways, wouldn’t you know it our old unit died three days before our new unit was to be installed. Anthony came out right away on that day it died and told us we needed a new motor - knowing we weren’t going to put one in since the unit was being replaced he tried to keep it working until our installation date. All this was of no charge to us. The new unit was installed and what a wonderful unit it is - quiet and does an amazing job cooling down the house. Anthony did a wonderful job taking care of us from start to finish. I will end this review on why this company is so unique and one that I will always recommend for A/C work. Why: We had to have a second air return put in since we up graded to a larger system. Anthony notice the style of our air return in the hallway and ordered the second one to match the one that was initially put in the house when it was built. That way the second air return looks like it has always been there. Who pays so much attention to that kind of detail - Anthony does at this company. Five stars is not enough for this company.

We have been using Antrim for approximately 7 or 8 years. Anthony does very good work and is quick to respond to our needs. He recently replaced our air conditioning/heating unit and thermostat. We had to wait four months for Trane to ship the new unit, but Anthony provided us with an alternate unit until the new one arrived. Not too many companies would have done that. Antrim's level of service is top-notch.

Anthony, the owner of Antrim Air, was awesome! After 2 quotes from $1791 for a new motor, to $7000 for a new unit, from competitors, he replaced the capacitor, billed me $160, and my A/C is running again. Honesty is hard to find and worth writing about. I will refer Antrim Air to everyone looking for A/C repair!

We’ve used Antrim for years and they have ALWAYS been efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and punctual. So much so, we have a yearly maintenance plan with them. This last time, from the time I called to the end of repair it was less than an hour and the house was cool moments later. I will always recommend and refer them to family and friends.

I would recommend this company to anyone. To start, we had three companies come out and provide a quote. Antrim is the only company that provided a quote with the line items we discussed. Our first impression was the attention to detail. They offered ways to provide savings and gave honest opinions.

They came and did the duct work first. They cleaned up all the insulation with a vacuum and even wiped walls. They noticed damage on my floor and asked if they did it. I explained it was the dogs, but I was impressed how clean and considerate of our home they were.

They called and said they couldn’t install our AC as scheduled since I couldn’t get the parts yet. The next day we received a call back and actually had out install date two days earlier!

Billing was responsive and clear. We ended up using our existing air vent plates (I am sure I am not using the right term), so they adjusted the invoice to remove that price.

I don’t spend time writing many reviews, but this business deserves your attention. :)

My ac was 23 years old, and maintained for all these years by Antrim Air. When Anthony told me it was time to replace my entire HVAC system, I totally trusted his judgment. The purchase, installation and cleanup were perfectly executed, and has given me such relief from worry about losing air conditioning in AZ! I highly recommend this business.
