Gabriel came by to give our AC unit a check-up / tune-up. He did a fantastic job - did a minor repair and gave us a nice quote for some additional work next month. He also made adjustments to our thermostat, left our HVAC system in much better shape.

Our technician was extremely communicative prior to arriving. He then went above and beyond anything we could have asked for and explained everything he was doing in a manner that we could easily understand him an have confidence in the work he was going to perform.

Terrible customer service. Do not use them unless you want to go into debt. Very unprofessional staff and employees. Came to my house and stated it was going to be a free estimate, but still charged me $150. I decided not to pay it and now they are harassing me with legal fees. Did not try to work with me whatsoever.

This is going to be a long review because this company genuinely deserves a glowing five star rating. I needed a new air conditioner and was feeling overwhelmed by a quote that I received from another company. I called Blue Wave for a second opinion and was able to get in touch with their business director, Leon. That changed everything. He guided me through several options and ultimately we landed on a better unit than what was quoted from the other company, for the same price that was already negotiated down from the other company.

The installation was also extremely impressive. KT was the lead technician. He spent a very long time making every detail perfect while answering all my questions with patience and expertise. On a personal level, he is honestly one of the coolest people I have ever met and I'm glad I had a chance to chat with him a bit.

The entire staff was warm and helpful whenever I called. On the day that they were taking measurements, it was my birthday. Leon was so thoughtful, he even gave me a birthday card. I'm still blown away by that.

Overall amazing experience. I highly recommend this company because they are honest, friendly, reasonably priced, and meticulous in their craftsmanship. I promise that this is an honest review. If they asked me to do a commercial, I probably would do it for free. 10/10

Great customer service. Tae, the tech, installed 2 new Nest thermostats. Fixed a wiring issue on old thermostat that was causing cooling issues. Great service and a great price. Super friendly. Easy to work with. Fast and professional.

Iven showed up before time , which was thumbs up . !! I must say he looked young and possibly a rookie , but as he spoke and by his politeness I was quickly impressed with his demeanor. He had a willingness to get to the business at hand which was noticeable. I was impressed as well with his can -do attitude. ! We went in the attic and I pointed out certain areas that I thought needed attention and he again gave me impressive insight into what he saw. I helped him throughout as far as him in the attic and me at the thermostats inside which saved time and effort . I like to learn as well and be reminded of my equipment and its functions. As he wrapped up , he was able to explain the difference between the 2 units and how they run currently. I was very satisfied with his performance throughout the morning and will recommend him back in the near future. Thank you Iven .

One star so I can review. BleuWave bid commercial exhaust fan work , didn't go with bother-in-law because I thought he would flake in middle and what do I get.... You guessed it! After a hole in the roof with a round piece of ducting through it and now covered in plastic (leaking) and months of the parts are not available or parts came in wrong etc. They refunded my deposit, told me to file a claim with my insurance company and they would work with their insurance company, so now what trying to scam my insurance...... make my rates go up, I have a high deductible such BS. Why would I contact my insurance company for a hole they put in my roof....... This company is a joke and should not even be in business...... All I asked for was for them to fix the hole they put in the roof, they refuse to even do that. I would not let them touch anything I own.......

Mikie was amazing. Finding our issues quickly and maintenance completed. This is my second time using Bleuwave and I think they are fantastic. The office staff and technicians are very friendly and professional!!!! Excellent experience. I have already referred a friend. I have 2 HVAC units. Priced very reasonably!!! Thank you!!!!

Steve's great. He went the extra mile for me when I was having a problem with my system and had to replace it. I recommend him to my friends and he was recommended to me by another friend.

I just worked with Steve and his wife and they were both professional down to earth and efficient. The price was reasonable and his honesty was refreshing. I instead a Bryant Heat Pump/AC

my wife went to our house in chandler last night and house was 87 Degrees they sent some one out to our house a 12 pm with in 1 hr he bye passed a bad pressure switch, and had house down to 72 degrees parts on order will be fixed completely is 3 day when the parts come cant thanks you enough

If you want to work with good people then you have found the AC company for you. I have known Irene & Steve for over a year now. They are knowledgeable about the industry and will provide you options that best fit your situation.

Used them before a couple of times. This time AC is running but not cooling. Called the office and technician showed up after a couple of hours. Quickly found and fixed the problem as the blower capacity is bad. The price is really great, very very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Our AC started making some very funky noises Saturday afternoon in a 106 f. Within hours Hector was on site, assessed the damage and promptly installed a new fan motor. Excellent friendly service! Highly recommend!!!

Would definitely recommend these folks. Called on a Friday because AC was just blowing hot air. Shawn came out that day and fixed the problem at a price that was reasonable. He was able to come up with a kind of workaround that ended up keeping the cost of the repair in our price range. I'd certainly call them again.

I appreciate how friendly (everyone -- from the woman who answered the phone to the technician who worked on my AC unit were so nice!) and efficient Steve's is! I will definitely use them for routine check-ups, and, eventually, when I have to replace my AC unit.
