Called looking for service, they said they'd get back to me...they didn't. Called again and got the machine...they never returned that call either. Not impressed.

This company is horrible I am without air for six days because they don’t have the common courtesy to pick up the phone or call back and give you an update.I found out after four days by calling the warentee company that I was reassigned to another company because they are too big to fit in my attic They are terrible

Max said he would be out to repair my a/c on Saturday. He was no Show. I called and Max said he was at church and would come

Max was very prompt and very informative I feel he is honest and very reasonable saved me thousands of dollars. Would recommend to anyone

Not trustworthy bussines Be careful he charge me 180 to replace a fuse tha works perfectly and never return to check the unit

Called late evening and they repaired the unit, another local company would not answer their phone after hours... I give them 5 stars for working me in their schedule, knowing what they are doing. And would recommend them...

Our a/c went out last night Max came and gave us a quote for $1900.00 parts and labor and asked us how much money we had. We told him that we were going to call him next day, we had another company to double check next day what Max said and quoted. Second company did everything for around $500 including parts and labor Scott’s A/C & Heating . One star for coming last night.

Only called them because the original person we used couldn't make it out, very grateful they came to look at my system at 7 at night, that's why I gave them 2 stars. Unfortunately I couldn't understand the problems they found and then was told by Max that it would be about $1,000 for repairs. After I told him there's no way we can pay that, he asked me how much money do I have to make it work?! That was a red flag! Fortunately he wasn't rude and we paid the service fee and waited for our guy to come in the morning.

Called them to fix my air conditioning, they came for 10 minutes and did nothing. They then told me I needed an electrician and they charged me $89. I got an electrician in and he tested everything and said the power was completely fine, these guys are frauds stay away.

Air conditioning system went down were called to check out. We're told that the compressor went out and he installed a new one. Have had several issues with them finally had to get a hold of the manufacturer they sent someone else out to try to repair. Air King air conditioning system is still down have called another person to repair he has parts on order. They charged my daughter and son-in-law 4,700 for compressor and I suspect it was a used one.

This company takes advantage of the elderly. My father-in-law had this company install a new air conditioner three years ago, he since has passed away. The unit stopped working so my mother-in-law (84 years old) called the company because they were the ones who installed the unit. They came out to the house and told her that the compressor wasn't working. She is unable to walk outside to see what they were doing. a neighbor of hers came by and looked at the unit. The company took everything out of the unit and left. They came back a couple of days later, when she was not at home. She arrived at home and the unit was working. They never gave her an estimate or had her sign any papers authorizing them to do the work. They arrived yesterday will a 1500.00 bill. After talking to the manufactures of the unit, they informed us that the unit was under warranty except for labor. 1500.00 for labor when the cost of the new until was 4000.00 seems pretty steep. This company just saw an elderly lady living by herself and took advantage. Please people do not do business with this company. We shouldn't support a company than can do this to our elderly.

Be careful with this company they rip people off, they charge for showing up plus outrageous labor fees on top, they will tell you that your capacitor is bad to try to over sell you a $40 to $60 capacitor depending on size of unit, all they did for me was change capacitor, fix some wires, put foam plastic around cables, change a fuse, I time them it was a 30 minute job, my bill was $400 dollars $205 for parts $75 show up fee $120 for labor. Luckily my brother is a lawyer and he's going to file a small claim and take them to court just to prove a point also to the BBB he hates when companies like this take advantage of people, be careful with this company I will not recommend them ask before they do any work, my brother and I called 5 other companies to get quotes on paper and all five were just about $200 dollars. Be aware of this company

Unable to explain issues. Stated that we would not understand what's wrong cause we don't repair AC units. Not sure if they understood the issue cause they couldn't explain it. Said that the fan was over amperage but could not say by how much and that it COULD go out even though it's working. Fan is working but house will not cool off. Thermostat is working. Freeon is good, no leaks. Air filters are less than a week old. Avoid them at ALL costs!! Paid $75 for nothing.

Update:
Did some research and was able to test contactor. It was getting 240v in and out, coil was at 24v so it was good. Capacitor is good. Fan is working. Called out another company who cleaned the AC & couldn't find anything wrong. Said that if the fan stops we should change the motor. After they cleaned it, the AC is working top notch and the house is at a cool 76° without issue. These guys wanted to charge us $680 for nothing. Call someone else!!!

Called because ac unit died in the middle of August, they came and looked over the unit and said they could repair it for 1800 dollars. Come to find out all they did was replace one part that would have been only a few hundred dollars and didn’t tell us the state of our unit or how bad it was. They wanted a quick 1800 and then out the door.

This company gave me issues from the beginning. A contractor arrived and said he didn’t know what was wrong and told me to call his boss. I called the scheduler and she stated the man was new and maybe I should go with another contractor. The guy’s foreman then showed up and said he repaired a leak in the condensation line that was causing a leak in my ceiling. 2 days later my ceiling was leaking again. I called the agency back to come out and they said it would be $65 just for them to look and see what was wrong. I told them they shouldn’t charge me to fix something I already paid them to fix. I had another company come out and they said there was still a leak in the condensation line. The new company I used was Scott’s A/C and Heating LLC. Highly recommend them.
