Jacob is personable, but has questionable work ethics (left old parts on my roof, changed out my smart-thermostat without my permission and that wasn’t the issue).
Tina & the office staff are extremely rude and highly unprofessional, as I got yelled at and talked over by both. Tina also complained they “make no money on warranty calls” and then scammed me out of $500 in the last 31 days, and my heater is still blowing out cold air. DO NOT us them!

Bobby was great. Very polite and professional. Accurately diagnosed and fixed our issue, plus he did a great job of explaining it to us.

We were in a real bind when our AC went down and the office was able to get us scheduled the same day. Ryan arrived right on time and showed us exactly what was wrong. He made the repair quickly and now we’re back up and running! Definitely would recommend them to anyone!

Evidently since I didn't want to be up-sold they figured they didn't need to do anything. They blamed the condenser failure on another company, not the fact that the unit is 24 years old. The compression seized and cooked everything including wires, the plug and extra wires that were in the area. They said it does get hot enough to melt wires. Then why was the plug wire also melted. What came first the chicken or the egg? So can you prove what caused the failure, No! No one has even worked on that compressor. So their diagnosis caused the warranty company to decline our claim. Thanks for costing us thousands just to get your hundred bucks to take a few pictures. Easy money I guess. I will 100% go back with the company they claim caused the issue. In my line of work I talk to a lot of people I'm sure I won't refer anyone to airamedics. If you are in Az I recommend Du-All for Ax repairs.

Bobby was terrific. Noticed that temps on the heat pump weren't where they should be and told me it could be refrigerant levels or air flow problems. He went to the air handler in the attic (first - instead of automatically adding refrigerant) and found that the insulation on one panel had been sucked up against the blower motor - restricting air flow!!! Secured the insulation to the panel, finished a complete inspection of the handler and the heat pump and we are good to go for the summer! Very nice guy who answered all my questions and took the time to do a complete and thorough checkup!!

Terribly dishonest company. We had Airamedics out because the AC wasn't blowing cold air. They came and said it was the capacitor which we had them change. They said they could clean the coils and add a compressor saver (hard start kit) to help the unit work better so we had them do that as well. 2 hours after they left, the unit started blowing warm air again. They came out the next day and then said it was the blower motor that needs replaced, because the filters weren't clean. They would not take responsibility of the fact that he did not even go into the attic to check the motor the day before or notify us that the filter looked dirty. We change out our filters every month. They are dishonest and double dipping on repairs. We will never use them again.

Bobby arrived at my home on time and was very professional and is very knowledgeable. I have lived in this home for 3 years and every summer for the past 3 years we’ve had issues. Multiple items had been replaced by other companies, sent by the home warranty, but continued to have problems with the AC. Bobby was able to diagnose the problem and did say that the unit was very old but would try to get the items needed approved by the home warranty. A few days later he showed up with a helper and together they installed what was missing and the AC is running without any problems. I waited a month to do this review just in case the AC stopped working, but so far it’s been great. I recommend Airmedics for any AC repairs needed.

Bobby arrived right on time as was quick and efficient. Friendly and informative. He fixed our issue in no time at all and got us cooling! Highly recommend him and the office staff. Scheduler was also efficient and friendly, even thought she was crazy busy and most certainly overwhelmed. She kept me informed of the tech arrival and answered all my questions.

Bobby is incredibly technical capable, talented, and professional. He was able to fix my old duct flow distribution issue very efficiently and magically. What was magic was that he did not even turn off the AC while he was doing the duct swap work, thus keeping the rooms still cool under a heat warning weather condition. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a highly skilled and honest technician and problem solver.

Bobby stopped by and performed an annual inspection of my AC system. We had great conversation, and he knew what he was doing. Tested the unit both inside/out. All tested good. I wanted to make sure my unit was ready for the AZ summer! These people do great work and I trust them. I highly recommend Airamedics for all your AC and Heating needs! Thanks again Bobby.

Save your time, money and headache and just call George Brazil!
Airamedics tech made the WRONG DIAGNOSIS and refused to fix under warranty. Totally unprofessional and simply left without even trying to fix our issue. Meanwhile, George Brazil showed up in an hour, their tech knew what was wrong before even going into the attic to confirm... It's a faulty float switch (which should have been COVERED by my warranty!). Airamedics tech might have found the problem only he never even bothered to go into my attic. I would never waste time with these amateurs again.

ORIGINAL: This company was sent by my home warranty. Technician took the panel off the unit, took a couple pictures, then chatted on his phone for the next 20-30 minutes before telling me this repair isn't covered by warranty. He said he needed attic access to finish the diagnosis, then while I went to set up the ladder he just packed up and left. Warranty company tried to tell me that I have to pay anyway just because he physically came to my address. Did a chargeback on my credit card for this. Giving two stars because at least he showed up on time.

They sent by homewarranty. Their diagnostic was leakage on the high pressure side. This was not covered by home warranty and they asked $1100 for replacing 9 lb of freon which was $90 per pound. (Normally every company I called charges $55lb pound.) Then I send a different company at my expense. They found out that airamedics LLC misdiagnosed the unit. The leak was from coils. Which would have been covered by homewarranty. I refused their repaires knowing their diagnostic was wrong. No matter who I talked with in the company or the home warranty they refused to cover. Please do yourself and find another company. If your Home warranty send this company refuse them. Hope this helps someone.

Bobby was fantastic. Showed up promptly and was able to do a quick but thorough diagnosis of our issue. He returned first thing the next morning and fixed the issue, ensuring we had functional AC before the temperatures started rising.

2022 was my first experience with Airamedics when they installed my new AC unit. It was a smooth and professional process. They have come out to service the system since installing. My AC quit working yesterday while it is over 100 outside! I called and Tina got the guys out right away to fix the problem. Turns out it was just a plugged drain line. Bobby is the technician who installed the unit so he knew exactly where the unit is and how to repair it , he is wonderful. I would definitely recommend Airamedics when you are servicing or replacing your AC.

Airamedics (Bobby) were great to work with. They fixed our AC which was having issues, compounded by a previous company’s errors. Bobby root caused the original issue, fixed that and then reverse engineered and fixed the other items the previous company. He went above and beyond and we highly recommend him/ his company!

Our AC Unit stopped working. Airamedics came out and promptly diagnosed and fixed the unit. The tech, (do not remember his name), was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

The previous company that replaced our air controller blower motor and the control board seemed to have difficulty getting it to a proper setting for the cubic feet per minute speed. Even after coming out several times, they said they couldn’t do anything different. We called air medics Bob and Jacob came out and within 15 minutes to a half an hour. They had the speed at the correct level to match the West side unit in our house. They did excellent work. I highly recommend them

Airamedics was assigned by my Home Warranty company after multiple negative encounters with another company (not showing up, not calling back, having little availability).
They were great! They contacted me right away, diagnosed the issue, and got it fixed quickly. The techs Bobby and Jacob were great - polite, clear communication about the issues, and efficient. Would highly recommend!
