My old unit finally gave out, the zoning system setup completed at my house. The results exceeded my expectations. The crew was prompt, tidy, and very knowledgeable.

My thermostat was acting totally possessed, turning the heat on in July! They quickly diagnosed it as a faulty sensor and replaced it. The peace of mind is worth every penny!

Not sure how to review this business 🤔 The service tech was very nice and changed out my thermostat...but when he was finished, he walked outside to check the unit to make sure that everything was working properly.

Upon inspection of the unit, he then told me that it was frozen up and I believe he said I either needed a new compressor and/or it might be more cost effective to purchase a new unit.

After another call I received from the office, everything was explained to me and I am now going forward with the repair! I liked the labor warranty that was included with the repair and I really appreciate the personal contact with them!

I had a bad experience with another well known company that just wanted to rip people off. I was so saw Bleuwave van in front of me at a stop light and out of the blue I called them to fix my air conditioner. I think it was a sign, because they have been amazing. The cost was 1/3 of what I was quoted from the other place and they were out there quickly to fix it! Very professional and had my ac working asap! Wonderful company and great technicians.

Our technician, Jah'Quantae Peppers, was very considerate of our home, friendly service and informative. We will definitely use their services in the future.

I cannot recommend them enough!!! They first came out to do repairs at my office A/C and then had them come out and repair my home A/C. Excellent and friendly with great communication. Ryan Hetrick helped me both times and he is fantastic! I will always use them now for any of my A/C needs.

Bleuwave was great! Next day service and the technicians both diagnosed and repaired issues we have been dealing with for years. Service was both professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them. By far the best experience I have had with an a/c company.

This company is neither honest nor professional. They’re quick to ask for money but have no problem leaving their customers stranded in the scorching Arizona heat for over a week. I ultimately had to hire another company that values completing the job and ensures their customers aren’t left in difficult situations.

Phenomenal. Matthew Sanders and his technicians have been a huge help with the leaks at our Mill Ave properties, which were very difficult to repair if you consider their location. Matthew is extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable on all the issues we've had. I also would like to thank Shannon Rothermel. She has been the glue holding all my property issues together. She is always responsive, kind, and does a great job scheduling these repairs when it works with my schedule and I really appreciate it. Amazing and quick service, our AC went out today and our house had gotten to 92 degrees at the highest, Jah'Quantae got here quick and gave us a better explanation than P&Ss, who I will now never go to again, as I said before he gave us an explanation to what was wrong quick and fixed it super quick, I HIGHLY recommend them.

Tae was the man! Had a pesky Nest smart thermostat that we couldn’t figure out, he got us sorted and checked our whole HVAC system. Super professional and highly recommend.

My AC stopped working overnight. I requested a diagnostic appointment online and received a phone call right after 7am (when they opened) saying they could get a technician out that morning. I got a message around 11:00am that Frank L would be arriving soon. He was very professional and polite, introducing himself and offering to wear booties while in the house. After a quick recap of what was going on with my AC, Frank methodically started troubleshooting. He checked several things all the while explaining to me what he was doing and why. It was clear that he knew what he was doing and I trusted that whatever conclusion he came up with would be the right answer and the honest answer. I was very impressed with Frank’s professionalism and will absolutely call Bleuwave whenever I have any AC needs in the future. Great company, great employees!

My AC went out on Friday. I called Bleuwave on Saturday. They sent out their technician Dwayne to asses the job. Dwayne was professional and personable. When I approved the repairs Dwayne fixed the issue the next day. Great job Dwayne!

Fantastic! Friendly techs. Great service. A new unit was just over half what I was quoted from Parker and Sons. A month in and everything is running perfectly.
