We found our new AC guy and company, Bobby and Airamedics. We have a large home with 2 AC units and five zones using the Lennox Zone Systems. We moved in a year ago to this home that was built in the mid-90s and the AC has not worked right since. Bobby came out and spent the day rewiring the entire system and it finally works right. He also installed two Halo LED in-duct whole home purification systems. Couldn't be happier with their service from scheduling with Tina to completion of the repairs. Thanks again Bobby and Airamedics.

Super honest! We had an issue at first and they fixed it! If I can say one thing honestly is this company is THE real deal. They take care of their customers and are not playing any bait and switch tactics. The technician, Jacob, was professional, efficient and explained things in a way that was easily understood. Thanks for not "talking over our heads" or being condescending. We definitely recommend using this company!

Tina’s customer service repair was awesome with helping to explain the warranty process. Ryan’s technician skills were very informative and helped us save several hundred of dollars. For sure would use them again in the future!

They came out to check my system after another company wanted to charge me bundles to fix it. They said that it could be fixed but would probably not last much longer as it was almost 20 yrs old. I elected to purchase a new more up to date unit that would give me better performance. They gave me a great price. They installed withing a couple of hours. They were very professional, courteous, efficient and great to work with in this matter. I would highly recommend for repairs or replacement of HVAC.

Tech came out. He said my problem was a leak and charged me $700 out of pocket (home warranty covered the dye and stop leak). Had to call them 30 minutes after tech left because unit stopped working again. Took them a week to come back and this time he apparently actually "checks everything" and then proceeds to give the warranty company a laundry list of things that are wrong with the unit so that they can tell me they won't cover the repair. So which time was he right? Or was he right either time? Either way I'm out the $700 for this misdiagnosis and now the warranty company won't cover anything. Called a different company not associated with the home warranty and for $80 the problem was fixed. Go elsewhere for your HVAC repairs. They are still trying to charge $140 for the 2nd visit which is laughable. Also don't recommend OneGuard Home Warranty.

Bobby was professional and very efficient. Was assigned to my case by home warranty after first company was not able to get to me in a timely manner. Determined problem quickly, had the part on hand, and was gone in 45 minutes. I was "cool" again.

Pretty impressed with these guys. I used them under a home warranty company. The AC went out on Saturday, but they are closed until Monday so I could either pay for it on my own or wait until Monday. I waited.

They called Monday 3 minutes after they opened on Monday. We setup the first available time they had which was Tuesday afternoon. I explained I had to take time off of work to meet them so if they were not going to make the appointment I needed to know. I called on Tuesday to confirm the time and the secretary put me on a brief hold to get a time and she said around 3. At 2:00 the tech called and said he was on his way. I told him I would not be home for 30 minutes and he said,"no problem take your time".

He took the time to tell me exactly what was wrong, what he was going to fix, how much it was going to be (if I had to pay for it myself), and what issues I can expect in the future. He took the time to talk about prices for new systems and what brands are the best etc. It was a very good AC 101 Lesson!

Overall it was a very good experience with these guys. Unlike many AC companies I did not get the feeling he was trying to up-sell me on anything...he was straight forward and honest which was nice. The price for new units was very reasonable.

Second time using Airamedics. First time I called via my home warranty and Tim came, put in a brand new motor, and he was timely, professional and super polite.
Fast forward to today, our fan wouldn't turn off so gave them a call, Tim came by to take a look. He immediately took responsibility for leaving two wires touching and fixed it in no time.
Would highly recommend Airamedics (and Tim) service.

Bobby was incredible during his visit today. Was extremely informative and explained anything that I asked questions about. Incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy. Happy my home warranty sent my work order to Airamedics

Tech Bobbie was fabulous. He is professional and very knowledgeable. Was very punctual early in morning answered all questions and concerns. They will be my new service provider I can not be more pleased with the work

I have used Airamedics for years, beginning with a home warranty and continuing into regular service. I had a concern in the middle of summer, and decided to submit a simple inquiry online. I got a phone call within 2 hours, and service offered the next day. Tim came out and was quick, thorough, honest, and friendly. I will continue to call or submit a ticket for service as I need more help with my HVAC.

Update: 5/11/2022: I called Airamedics on Monday and Tina helped me get an appointment the next day. Ryon came out to our house and was very professional, thorough, and provided plenty of options to resolve our issues. As someone who knows little about A/C units, he made me feel good about everything and I never felt like I was cheated or overcharged, despite a large bill for a major problem. Thank you Ryon and Tina!

Very much liked our technician Ryon, he was professional and explained everything he did during our heating system tuneup. However, we feel the company grossly overcharged for a suggested float switch and are disappointed since we were planning to use them to replace our HVAC next Spring. They were referred by our Home Warranty company, will keep looking for another provider to replace our HVAC.

Jacob was professional, helpful, and communicative, and had our issue resolved in less than 30 minutes. Tina was able to schedule us quickly and was helpful and friendly. Definitely going to call them in the future when we need A/C service.

Where do I start? What an amazing company. We started with s service call due to a previous company that was absolutely horrible. We had Joe come out the very next day and made us feel like we were in great hands. The customer service was exceptional. He gave us great options and great price points to fix what was wrong. We decided to have The air handler replaced. It was done much sooner than I expected. The 2 guys that installed was Andrew and AJ . These guys were amazing . The way they talked about the company and the owner Josh, even though I had never met him, made me want to quit my job and and go work with them. Not only did they get it working they fixed things they didn't have to that the other company really messed up. Again the customer service is the way it really should be. If you are debating weather or not to go with this company it really is a no brainer. I am not going with any other company from here on out!.

If you are looking for a genuine, honest and experienced professional to fix your HVAC quick for your winter heating needs, then you want the best! I highly recommend this establishment. Bobby and Marcus called in advance to let me know when they would arrive. They arrived on time and ready to tackle the issue. I showed them the thermostat and led them out to see the unit. Shortly after they came inside and cool air was already running through the vents. It was so fast and they explained how a part needed to be replaced. Sorry I don't recall the exactly wording but I definitely remember the word compressor. Whatever the issue was they solved it quickly. Then Bobby and Marcus checked the vents with a temperature gauge to make sure the readings were good. They were so professional and fixed the AC unit perfectly. Thank you to Bobby and Marcus! They were well prepared for any issue and were so friendly.

Update: The company did find the part we need and came to fix today. However, it was not about the time it was going to take for the part. It was about the lack of communication and the tech telling us it would be fixed next day when that was not an option. Same tech came back out and blamed it on their admin staff. And their admins blamed it on their tech. Thanks for making it right but still do not recommend.

Do not recommend. We have to use them because of our home warranty company but we have never had a good experience. AC broke in the summer and we needed to spend 4 days in a hotel because they couldn’t come out and couldn’t fix that day. And now our heat has been broke for 5 days and they still don’t plan on fixing it for another couple of days. Find someone else!!

Every time I am in need of service whether it is a tune up, maintenance or repair; Airamedics is who I call and I would highly recommend them. Professional, friendly, polite knowledgeable and most if all honest. They always provide the best quality service every time! If you haven’t already, call them now!!!

Joe was my technician. He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the job. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing each step of the process. His honesty and genuine concern for me and my family was top on his list as he worked his magic on a hot and miserable Summer day. There are many companies out there, to choose from. I am very happy that my home owners warranty company assigned Airamedics to fix my Air Conditioner, they are the best in the industry and in my opinion, the best in AZ. Thank you Joe!

I was without heat for a week & then developed a leak from the roof near the heat pump to the living room ceiling. I was waiting on my home warranty service to do the repairs but I got tired of waiting after a week & Airamedics was able to come out & do the repairs the same day I called. The technician, Bobby, was professional, courteous, efficient, and explained everything to me every step of the way. He successfully repaired the heat pump & patched the seals that had worn out. He even entertained my cat with a laser pointer. Gold star service & work product!

Called right when they opened Tina was very friendly and g9t us scheduled quickly as our home's ac quit. Said she'd have some one out before noon. 9:15 am text received that the tech was on the way. Bobby arrived promptly and immediately found the bad capacitor replaced it at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend you call them. We we're so afraid our 15 year old unit was going to need replacement.
