So wonderful to finally have a reliable A/C company to call when you're Air Conditioning goes out and also for maintenance! Can't thank Steve's team for coming to the rescue when our compressor went out this summer. They not only replaced our compressor but they were able to improve the airflow to our 4th bedroom. They are very honest, knowledgeable, quick to respond and professional. I am so happy to finally have a company I would call again!

The team at Steve's is wonderful and I will definitely be calling them if / when I need AC work! Irene, who answered the phone, talked me through all of the information, made recommendations, and was very patient with a myriad of questions. Hector, who worked on the AC, was so kind, provided lots of photos, and talked with us providing really helpful explanations of how everything was working. Our AC was back online fast and at a very reasonable price.

I would absolutely recommend this company! They will really go the extra mile for you and they are very honest. Hector is very good at what he does and will help you any way he can. The first time he was here he got our old 20 year old AC working until we got our new unit. We did not get it replaced through this company but another company. However, that was a terrible experience and they did not install the unit properly. Hector came out and inspected the install and found many problems. Hector was able to fix them all for a very reasonable price and our new unit is now working like a dream!! He is always on time and I will recommend him and this company to any and everyone!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Steve's is the only company I would call for AC or Heating repair. When Steve came to look at the AC in need of repair, he diagnosed the problem right away and had us come out to see for ourselves and explain it before doing the work. He had the correct parts on his truck and the repair was completed quickly and at very fair price. Steve's associate, Noah, came by to check on our furnace which only took a few minute and turned out not to have a problem after all. He did not charge us. They are quick responsive, fair pricing - everything you'd be looking for.

One of our business ac units when out in our wine warehouse. I called Steve's Ultimate Air and they immediately sent someone out to evaluate the situation. They got us a quote very quickly. We needed to get it installed ASAP or risk losing all of our wine inventory. They were able to get it installed within 48 hours. WOW! Not only were they professional and quick they were also very affordable. We will definitely be using them for not just our business but our home unit as well. Thank You to all their staff!

In the process of having inspections done for a home we're under contract for and had been advised to have the AC inspected further due to low air flow in some rooms. Steve's Ultimate Air was called on Friday and they worked us in on Monday to make sure we had all the information we need during the inspection period. All checked out great by Dayton as he explained that all attic ductwork showed care in the installation and all rooms were measuring the same temperature. Advised the filter was clogged and should be changed, but no concerns with the HVAC system. Not only worked us in during what is the busiest time of the year for AC companies, but Dayton did a thorough exam and answered questions all for a very reasonable charge. Thank you, Steve's Ultimate Air and Dayton! We'll keep your number for future HVAC needs!

Our compressor went out yesterday. We called at about 8am and Steve's was here within the hour. It was supposed to take 3 weeks to get the part due to covid-related supply issues, but Steve's found the part and had it installed in less than a day. This was a warranty repair (of a manufacturer defect) so Steve's didn't charge anything; yet they treated our issue as an emergency. Our tech Hector was phenomenal as well. Last point - we had never used them before; this unit was installed before we moved in. We were beyond impressed at being taken care of like we were lifetime customers. Well done.

Do yourself a favor and make this company your go-to for everything air conditioning and heating. They were knowledgeable, fair, and prompt. We got quotes from other contractors for $600-700 for a job they did for less than half. We will be calling them for all of our heating and cooling needs! Thank you for your expertise and honesty!

What I love about Steve and his team is they don't tell you something needs to be replaced unless it actually does. So honest and trustworthy.

Just had a tech show up to clear ac condensation. Walked up to my door extremely rude, in shorts and dirty tshirt, telling me I need to have my dogs, out from the backyard and the house before he does anything. No hello, hi hows it going, nothing. I had the dogs outback so he could work inside but he didn't like that. Would not recommend these guys. Would give zero stars if possible, tech looked extremely unprofessional.

Had Steve’s Ultimate Air out to do a check up on our mini split. They were punctual, reasonably priced, and correct on their diagnoses. Would highly recommend !

Had a Great experience with Steve's Ultimate Air from the very beginning! It all started with Hector who came to my residence to assess my AC needs and quote me on a new install. He was professional and personable, explaining and showing me pictures of their previous installs. I had several previous quotes and although they were not the cheapest they did work with me on pricing. In the end, I preferred to pay a little more for a trouble free and Quality install. I'm glad I did because they did not disappoint! On the day of install Hector and Tony were punctual, professional, and did a Great job on the install! Irene was the point of contact for the paperwork and behind the scenes logistics. She did a Nice job keeping me informed along the way and following up with warranty, certificates etc. Everything is working as expected thus far. 5 Stars! I had another company come out to service my 2 HVAC units, one of my units immediately stopped working and they quoted me $1,426 to fix. I called up Steve's Ultimate Air to get a 2nd opinion; they said what happened sounded very suspicious since the HVACs are only a couple years old. After inspecting, they found that one of the parts had been sabotaged causing my unit to not work. They only charged $85 to fix. Steve's now has a customer for life.

A friend said to avoid the big A/C companies and go with a smaller, local one. So, I tried these guys out based on the good reviews and I’m so glad I did. From setting up the appointment to the technician coming out everything was great. It turned out it was just a capacitor replacement for our upstairs A/C unit. We actually had the same thing happen last year on our downstairs A/C unit and at that time we used Dukes of Air. Well, when I compared the invoices, Steve’s was exactly half the price of Dukes of Air for the same job. Also, Dukes had tried to sell us hard on a maintenance plan and talk about our units needing replacing soon. Steve’s wasn’t pushy like that at all. So, guess what? Steve’s has earned all our future business and I’m going to tell all our friends and neighbors to go with them too.

The service was excellent. A technician arrived about 2 hours after I called. I had to have a follow up visit and again arrived on time. The technicians were Ryan and Hunter. Both were very knowledgeable. They let me know what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. And both were very polite. Would not hesitate to use Ultimate Air and would highly recommend them.

We've been using Steve's Ultimate Air for over 5 years now for AC maintenance and repairs and have been extremely happy with them! I want to give them a shout-out because my parents recently had their AC unit stop cooling and was told by a different repair company that they would need a whole new unit installed. I had them contact Steve's for a second opinion, and they had it up and running again the next day! Honesty and integrity go a long way with me, so I'm happy to recommend this business!!

I brought All Out to our house for a maintenance check, and in doing so, Tre found that the coil on our rooftop unit was bad--very bad. Thankfully, it was still under manufacturer warranty--but they handled all the warranty work, were able to get it replaced the same day, and likely saved me big & bad summer cooling drama. Did a great job for us, and I will see them next time.
