Kam Cullimore, was excellent! He did a great job fixing our A/C unit after a few other places gave us quotes. Kam had the best deal, but also was extremely professional and kind throughout the whole process. He not only fixed our condensing motor, but also cleaned up the unit, took pictures, and showcased the whole process by pictures and videos! Highly recommend!

Wanted to add a second update for 10/22/2025! We had Charlie and Tre come out to fix our roof after the nasty rain storm recently! They replaced all the plywood, fresh new shingles, flashed and resealed everything as well as the unit itself. These young men did incredible work. Would recommend them to anyone!

Online scheduling is super convenient. Had an issue after hours and was able to schedule an apt for the next day.
Kam was awesome! Fast, professional and very patient with me answering my questions. No pushy sales tactic at all. Respectful of my home by wearing shoe coverings and cleaning up after being in attic. Would highly recommend this company!

George has been my air conditioning person for several years. He has always provided the best experience I've ever had with any service company. He is compassionate, timely, and more concerned about fixing what is wrong than taking my money. My air conditioner finally got to the point where it was beyond economical repair and he gave me a great deal on a brand new unit for my home. I would fully recommend anybody use George. I have been without air-conditioning for over two months I called simplify heating and air and they told me I had to replace my entire unit for about $10,000. A friend of mine recommended that I talked to George at all out cooling and heating all we had to do is change a motor and lo and behold, I have air conditioning again. Service was prompt clean and friendly. I cannot tell you how happy I am right now. I recommend them with five stars and I’m going to tell everybody in the RV park I live in about all out cooling and heating. They earned my trust and I hope to throw a ton of business their way they were awesome!!!

All out Cooling and heating has been so wonderful to us over the years with Service and maintenance. Charlie came out to do our maintenance and get the sizes of the filters. He was working so hard and sweating a ton without complaining a single time. He had a huge head on his shoulders keeping busy and not resting once. I really appreciate This company for their hard working and intelligent techs, always being truthful.

THANK GOODNESS, for All Out Cooling & Heating! Last week my a.c. unit was on the fritz. I had called out a few companies to come look it over. Both companies seemed pushy and borderline rude. They insisted I needed a complete new unit. Quoting me a ridiculous price. I was recommended All Out by a co-worker. Their office staff was very professional and a pleasure to talk to. She was able to get a technician out within a few hours! Marti arrived and reassured me that he would take his time and provide a proper diagnosis. Marti was able to isolate the issue in no time at all! He also explained to me the root case of the problem. Then, he provided me with a few options to get me unit working! Marti was very professional and a pleasure to have in our home!

Our texhnician Charlie was spectacular. He was super professional and explained everything to us super well. After he did the maintenance and got the sizes for our filters he made sure everything was cool for us inside before he left. All Out is the best company when it comes to Integrity, and honesty. Absolutely LOVE All Out Cooling and Heating. Our Nest thermostat went out today in 100 degree heat and we thought it was a simple fuse. All Out arrived within hours and found that our drain line was clogged and the safety feature shut down the unit. Tre, the nicest technician in Az, was incredible. So personable and professional. He got everything cleaned up quickly and cooling again. We signed up for their yearly maintenance “Georgie Flight Club” In addition to a ton of perks they will come out every fall and make sure our systems are ready to take on these hot Arizona summers.

I had estimates from four different companies, and this one truly stood up from the rest. Not only with Trey, and the other young technician, incredibly professional and kind, but they also went the extra mile by adding coolant to my system to keep me comfortable while I took a few days to review quotes, and make a decision - none of the other companies offered that kind of Service. What really impressed me was the level of care that they showed throughout the entire process. I even received a follow up call from the owner, George, just to check on how I was doing that kind of customer services. Where these days this company didn’t just provide an estimate. Tre was the representative that was sent to our home for a price quote and his review of our home's air conditioning needs was very thorough. He went up in the attic... took pictures and then spent time with us reviewing what he recommended for a new install to replace our 20+ year old system. He was very professional and was able to answer all our questions. We also spent time on the phone with George, the owner of the company. He really cares about his clients and you can tell strives to provide the best service, with great products. He is proof that you don't have to be the biggest company out there to be one of the best. All Out is amazing! They have been servicing and maintaining our systems for years now. We have never had one complaint. Our Technician Charlie is super intelligent. And like all of the other technicians we have had in the past he is super good at explaining everything in a way that we understand. Tre and his team was by far the choice to go with after reviewing other quotes from larger and smaller companies. They worked within my budget to find a solution was more comprehensive than the others, even pointing out facts that the other missed. All Out! Cooling and Heating with George Blitch is the best company I've ever dealt with and I'm almost 70 years old. George explained in detail the cost of repairing my old unit versus buying/upgrading to a new unit and what this process would entail, from the removal of the old unit to the installation of the new unit..this really made my decision easy.
George is very knowledgeable, professional and extremely organized...this assessment comes after my first hand experience watching the project unfold. Every aspect happened in a timely fashion from George disconnecting the old unit, delivery of the new unit, the crane arriving/setting up, the craning of the old unit into the back of the recycling/disposal truck, the craning of the new unit into place, the final install including a new thermostat... and testing to ensure all is working correctly.
This entire project was "poetry in motion" .. George is outstanding. I highly recommend All Out! Cooling and Heating.

With all the private equity companies in the valley and the crazy prices they are charging All Out is my new goto option. They are family owned and the owner is a super nice guy. They have some really neat trucks out of the road that are what initially caught my attention, but this is a company you can trust to actually care.
