I would highly recommend Bruce’s to all my friends and family. I called them on a Sunday night when my AC went out and they sent Brian out on the following morning. Brian was able to troubleshoot the issue quickly and get us back in business. It was such a great experience dealing with some that had such a great personality and really knew what they were doing.

I came home yesterday and my house was 10 degrees hotter than it was supposed to be! I have 4 large dogs and 3 young kids, not to mention 7 months pregnant. Needless to say I started to stress out because A/C repair is never cheap…. I called Bruce’s and their costumer service was beyond top notch! They sent out Bryan the same day with a window of 3-5. He showed up right at 3:15 ready to work and professional! Bryan did such an amazing job explaining to my husband and I all about our A/C and ways to prevent this. He fixed our issues all within 30 minutes! Fastest, most professional service we have ever experienced! Any time you need your A/C repaired called Bruce’s and if you can request a tech ask for Bryan! Thank you all so much! Could not recommend enough.

The service tech was knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Told me everything he did. Hope I get him in the Spring tune-up

Not a fan of companies that charge you a service fee for a visit and then won’t even tell you what’s wrong in writing but tell you they will charge you 2000 dollars to fix it or you can schedule a call with the owner who can go over it in more detail. Has two other companies come and give honest quotes for repairs of a few hundred dollars.

I used Bruce’s A/C for the first time this week. Bruce’s provided excellent service and has high standards, which was obvious from the careful checkup Brian performed on my unit. My technician Brian was knowledgeable, thorough and communicative. Also, a very nice person. I will definitely be using Bruce’s Air Conditioning for my future checkups and am happy to recommend this company. Definitely not your cookie cutter a/c company!

It was time for my check up on my 1 8month old system. I was notified by Bruce's A/C and we scheduled it within days. Brian and Brandon came out. They were both very thorough. Brian checked all of the thermostat's (I have 4) and a problem in the attic. After, he shared pictures of my attic repair. Brandon cleaned my unit outside. They were very respectful and careful workers. I am very pleased with my service today. I am also, very pleased with the unit I chose.

Bruce’s A/C is efficient and dependable. We have been partnering with this company for more than 15 years for our rental property and they honor their warranty. We bought our a/c from Bruce's 3 1/2 yrs. ago, & when it stopped cooling this week I called Bruce's. One of their techs, Jamie, arrived within 3 hrs. He checked the unit thoroughly, then gave us a good, detailed explanation of the problem & how to fix it. He was very friendly & helpful. He is returning tomorrow to complete the repairs, so I'm sure we'll have another good review to add.

Received a call when technician was detained at previous appt from Bruce’s main office letting me know of the delay and then also received one from the technician himself which was above and beyond in today’s business world.

The technician was great, informative and very respectful (as I had a card group going on). The heat was intense outside that day and didn’t deter his efforts or time spent doing his job. Tyler certainly earned his money that day and was cheerful to boot.

Brian did an excellent job on our air conditioner units today. He was kind, efficient, and gave detailed explanations along with pictures of his work. He answered all of my questions and was able to get our air conditioner running just in time for the hot months ahead. Highly recommend Brian and Bruce's Air Conditioning.

Bruce’s AC has been a blessing for us over the years.
They have even come to the rescue on Christmas Eve, all of us freezing, and with a smile they got right to work and fixed our heating units. They always let you know when they’re arriving, and who the technician is - they send you the Tech’s name and picture the day before. Bruce's Air Conditioning is always reliable. I've been a customer over 15 years and they've never let me down. Maintaining the A/C is important and cleaning helps the unit last longer. They are very good about coming when they say they will be there.

We had a hell of a day today with the AC system at the house. Went up calling Bruce’s AC in heat, which is very prompt to the point about helping and making sure we were comfortable and safe. Once we checked everything out and made sure we knew what the problem was they gave us a couple of directions in some information to help us get this situation fixed. We love the guys at Bruce’s AC and heat and if you guys need anybody, we definitely recommend them to be prompt on time and help you get your ac fixed.

I always get great service from Bruce’s. Brian came to clean my vents and did an excellent job, leaving everything in perfect condition.

Scheduling was very easy and they came quickly to do an annual check on our heating system. Very nice technician. Great service.

From start to finish, their team was timely, professional, and thorough—taking care of insulation and every detail to make the space comfortable year-round. My air conditioning failed in the evening of a holiday weekend. I tried calling many places hoping for someone to be able to get it running. All the big name places just went to a calling service. Bruce’s was the only one that answered and was able to get someone out to look at it that night. Needless to say, but they got the contract to replace then entire unit. Their techs were very knowledgable and got the new unit running, and even improved the duct work. Their price was very fair compared to other companies that I talked to. Everything was just easy and very transparent on what they were doing. I highly recommend Bruce’s AC!

I have had the opportunity over the last several years to work with Bruces air conditioning company several times. We were trying to keep my old AC unit going ..ultimately had to get a new one. Throughout these various interactions. I've always been impressed with their helpfulness and professionalism. I call and they come usually that same day. These folks are just great. Kind helpful and just overall awesome. Highly recommend, Brian has been wonderful as are all the techs I have worked with at this organization.

Wanted to charge over $2,000.00. Asked for a breakdown. Condensing fan $1,000.00. $350 for the fan motor, $650 for a 1 hour installation. $500 for a $20 capacitor 20min installation, another $500+ for an additional component that the unit doesnt even have. I don't mind paying for honest service, but don't rape. Used to be a good honest company. Don't know what happened.
UPDATE: Repaired by another company for $200, labor and material.
