I hardly know where to begin. After 20 years in my home, my air conditioning system was just as old and had been struggling for a while, so I knew I was on borrowed time. Unfortunately, I had never been satisfied with any other company I used for repairs or service, as they always seemed more interested in upselling me than addressing the real issue.

On October 2nd, my AC finally went out. The next morning, a friend referred me to Daniel. I called him, and within two hours, he and his son were at my house. They immediately got to work and quickly diagnosed the problem. While the repair cost was reasonable, it was clear that, given the age of the unit, it was only a temporary fix. We asked Daniel to provide a quote for a new system, and his proposal was very competitive, so we decided to move forward with the replacement.

Although it was Thursday and he couldn’t schedule the installation until Monday, Daniel provided a temporary solution to get us through the weekend. His team arrived promptly at 6 a.m. on Monday and got right to work. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, and conscientious, ensuring that everything was covered to avoid any mess or damage. By noon, the new system was up and running.

Daniel has since followed up with me, and I can confidently say that his service has been far superior to any other company I’ve worked with for HVAC needs. I had replaced another unit two years ago with one of the "larger" companies in the valley and have regretted it ever since. I wish I had known Daniel back then! Our experience with them was GREAT in a not so great scenario. Our ac units kicked off on a hot summer day in the east valley. Daniel gets over and figures out the issue. Looked over the whole system and got the 2 systems working better than they ever have. We have used big chain ac companies and always feel like someone wanted to sell something. In todays day and age my money doesn't go as far as it did 5 years ago and when you have a company looking to help you save money instead of just throwing it away at items that can be repaired, its refreshing. Thank you J&N. I certainly can appreciate a small business who is out to help customers and not just make a sale.

Daniel with J&N was extremely professional and thorough when he came out to service two of my units. I have several rental properties throughout the east valley and have used the same HVAC company for years. This time that company was unable to accommodate and left me looking for a new company. Daniel and Matt with J&N are awesome!! They have been out several times for both our previous house and our most recent house.
Our AC in our previous house was going in and out and they came out and found the plug for the unit arching in the attic. If they hadn’t found the problem in the quick time they did it would have started a fire. We were so grateful for their diligence, awareness and how particular they are with their work.
In our new house we did an addition and they came to check out what would be the most efficient way to cool the room and how to put a split unit in to keep costs down!

I had Daniel come up to my cabin and quote me on a new furnace as well as the cost to install a central air unit. He was very professional and gave me a fair price especially compared to the other quotes I’ve received. I felt comfortable giving him my business and he is scheduled to install my until within a month. After reading the other reviews I’m excited to work J&H.

Daniel was amazing! I woke up to no AC today. He was here within a few hours, replaced the capacitor & stayed for 30 mins longer testing to make sure all was working correctly. As many of you might know I rarely write a review as nobody is an A+ in my book. I just had an A/C and Furnace combo installed at my new to me house 4+ years ago and the installing contractor is not answering my service calls. I was complaining to my Electrical Contractor, and he sent me his guy from J&N HVAC Services. The owner Daniel came out and took care of it immediately, and since I was a referral, he took care of me as well! Daniel was very patient and helpful as he presented various options and prices for maintenance. And with the new refrigeration laws changing to and A2L classification Both R-32 and R-454B are classified as A2Ls and meet the new low carb requirements. I have the older R-410A system, and he assured me that I don’t need to change it out anytime soon, that the new refrigeration laws only apply to orders leaving the manufacturing plant on or after December 31st. Right then I told him about my background as an equipment rep and contractor for commercial mechanical systems, I thanked him for his honesty and for not trying to sell me on something unnecessary. That level of integrity is rare, and it’s exactly why I highly recommend J&N HVAC Services.

I would like to thank J&N HVAC, I know this is out of their norm, but an important piece to my brewery went down. My Keezer quit cooling. I tried Angie's list and got the run around and a hack.
