We had a split AC unit installed in our garage. Kevin was very knowledgeable and professional. Pricing was very reasonable and honestly low in comparison to other quotes we received. The time to schedule and have installed was a day. Kevin has been very prompt in responses to questions I have had since the installation. The unit is operating better than expected to the point that our main ac went out and we were able to go into the garage to cool off. Highly recommend for any AC needs you may have!

Huge shout out to Sapper HVAC! My ac has been leaking in to a tote box on my floor for weeks and even though I installed it, I could not find the problem. Finally admitted I needed help (which doesn't happen often), and sapper got me on the schedule immediately, showed up exactly when they said they would, friendly and easy to work with, and found the issue. Best part, they offer a $50 inspection voucher for new clients, and I ended up with no more leak completely free. Definitely my go to hvac company from here out.

Sapper HVAC is a stand up company for many reasons. Customers service is top notch, service and products are high end professional standards. We had used and were very happy with a unit they installed in a build out for us last year.
We reached out to them with a community effort situation and I’m happy to report that this company serves the community. They have a big heart about serving their client/customer base, and understand that their services can bless others and that is exactly what they did. They helped out a fellow couple that has a heart of gold, but didn’t have the finances to back it. They helped a fellow veteran and foster home worker. Blessings come in all shapes and sizes and Kevin goes out of his way to support the community that supports him and we do not take that lightly.
We will be supporting Sapper HVAC any way we can in the future as their values and mission aren’t just printed on a piece of paper or website, but they live it out and encourage other companies to as well.

This company is Amazing, my AC had been out since July 4th and was having a hard finding a company that could replace my AC with the amount my insurance gave me. Sapper came out and worked with me and after of almost 3 months with no air , due to the insurance Sapper to the rescue, and I was sitting in a cool house again. I originally contacted Sapper HVAC to get an estimate for a split unit in my condo, but Kevin explained to me that it was not a viable option for the layout of my place. Then, he contacted Sunny to come and check what was causing the rattling sound in my AC unit. Within a few minutes after arriving, Sunny showed me the loose metal piece responsible for the annoying sound and fixed it in no time. This was after four other technicians had looked at my noisy unit and had told me that I needed a new one! Needless to say, I was surprised, but extremely appreciative of Sunny's professionalism and integrity, which saved me thousands of dollars, at least for the time being. I totally recommend and will always be grateful to Sapper HVAC for their prompt service and the outstanding professional integrity.
