Fred did a great job evaluating and fixing the AC unit at my girlfriend's town home. The AC was not cooling and he was able to bypass the control board to get the AC unit to cool. It is a very old unit and will need to be replaced. Thank you for your your great customer service, Fred. I also appreciate your service to our country! I scheduled an AC check up and Mike from Superior AC was great! He did a thorough inspection and explained the things that needed to be addressed. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Superior Heating and Air Conditioning. Technician Peter Garcia was truly exceptional—an absolute five-star professional. After my AC had been down for nine days (a story in itself), Peter took initiative, assessed the situation thoroughly, and didn’t leave until cool air was flowing again. His professionalism, determination, and commitment to getting the job done right were unmatched. Simply put, Peter is A1, and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

Beyond happy I asked my friend if she loved her heating and a/c company. Mine was terrible. I’ve never been happier this past year than I’ve been using Superior! Even though I was a brand new company, they went above and beyond for me as if I’ve been a loyal customer for years. The last company basically screwed me.. not completing the job, but took my money, and Superior jumped in and scheduled me asap. I figured I’d have to wait as the heat of the summer was in full swing and I was new. They are soooooooo thorough and are sooooooooo professional with such kindhearted and caring dispositions. I also love that you can ask for the same technician. It makes your time together a more personal experience. I just had Bryan back and love how he remembered more than I did from his last visit! Everyone I have dealt with from their office, to their technicians, and the man they sent to give me an estimate and his expert opinion on something I was thinking of changing around. The care they take is just immeasurable. Superior has old school customer service values which most companies lack now, and I will be a forever, loyal client.

Lost one of our blower motors last Monday but this Monday the Superior tech Jacob came and installed a new blower motor in about 45 minutes. He also volunteered to install new air filters for our two vents. Jacob has a very pleasing attitude and a strong work ethic and we continue to be very pleased with Superior's talented techs.

I had an excellent experience with Kittrell Services LLC! I own a rental property, and in the middle of July the HVAC went out. Kittrell prioritized my call, arrived as quickly as possible, found the issue right away, and had it fixed in no time. The repair was done with great workmanship, at a fair price, and without breaking the bank. Their communication throughout the whole process was stellar — I always knew what was going on and what to expect. I was extremely impressed with their level of service, professionalism, and efficiency. I 100% recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service!

Had Superior out to do HVAC checkup. Technician was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He provided a repprt that showed all thinks checked over, with a pass or fail rating. He took pics of concerning issues. He went over the pics and report in detail and provided costs to repair each item. Costs to repair items seemed high but i had nothing to compare. No pressure sales. I'd consider calling in them again.
