I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Andrew G who works for Superior Heating and AC. I’ve been using this company for many years even when they were called Croffoot They do great work and are highly trusted.

This company is always SO prompt when I call with any issue and getting a tech out as soon as possible. If not same day, the very next day. We came back from vacation and one of our units was out and it was over 85 in the back of the house. Bradley (tech) came out and explained everything perfectly and spent as much time as needed and we were up and running within a couple hours. I always feel valued as a customer and they just want quality work done & not overselling anything and are very reasonably priced at the same time. I will continue to use them in the future. Everyone in the office is so nice too and helpful and again, many thanks to Bradley!

Jacob spent a great deal of time reviewing our HVAC system’s health and performance at a home we recently purchased. He found items that had potential to be highly dangerous, fire hazards, and energy overuse that were missed during a professional home inspection. We used their suggested ductwork cleaning company who were incredibly thorough as well. Jacob returned to install a slow start kit to our AC which dropped the amps used from 115 to 28. We immediately asked him to add on another slow start kit to the downstairs unit which dropped from 115 amps to 50. The saving in electrical bills will be exponentially higher than the cost of this kit and I couldn’t be more pleased and relieved to know the shorted wiring has been replaced and out home is now safe.

When our longtime AC folks (Croffoot) retired and turned us over to Superior, we were a bit nervous. However, we trusted them to do right by us, and we have been very satisfied with the service we have received. Every contact with them has been handled quickly and professionally,, and the workers who've been to our home have all been exemplary--trustworthy, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Jacob has excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about the hvac units. Took time to explain what would be done and the results of findings along with video and pictures. Also answered all questions. Jacob is extremely professional, thorough and patient.

Fall inspection of our HVAC system under terms of our annual contract with Superior Heating and Air Conditioning. Darin called to let us know when he would arrive, explained what he would be and how long it would take, and performed a full inspection of our unit.
When he finished, he provided a thorough explanation, including pictures, operational parameters and readings. He offered two optional enhancements which we will consider for our next scheduled inspection.
Very satisfied and would highly recommend Superior Heating and Air Conditioning!

Bryce did a great job of preventive maintenance on our two units. He explained what he was going to do, texted me short videos during his time here telling/showing me what he found and provided a written report of his findings.

Jacob went over and above looking into our issues. He explained everything very well. Took pictures and sat and went through and discussed what was critical to be fixed.
I do recommend this company and Jacob.
His visit was just to figure out any issues and give us an estimate of repairs needed. He spent 2 hours going over both heating and air systems. I will be following up with having things he found fixed. Thank you

Superior went above and beyond to make my experience with them one that would solidify me using them as my AC maintenance company going forward. I received photos, honest repairs recommendations that weren't pushy and even videos before and after to show me their fix actually fixed the issue. That level of self reporting and honesty is rare in companies, but I'm glad they chose to show integrity

The tech performed a thorough maintenance overview, provided photos of performance tests, showed power draw for compressors and cleaned the heat exchanger coils. The work was meticulously done and outstanding! Was offered maintenance packages without a hard sell. I’d recommend to anyone needed HVAC service.

Our service technician (Bradley) did an excellent job servicing our furnaces. Most important to me was he did an excellent job of explaining what he found and what he did about it. My biggest compliment is that I felt like I was talking to a service technician and not a salesman. This was my first service call with Superior but they will now be my HVAC service company from now on.

Called for a second opinion in regards to repairs we needed on the HVAC system. They were very open and fair in regards to pricing and repair. They also recommend some upgrades as well that will save us 100's of dollars by having the system run more efficiently. Jacob was a fast and friendly technician. A+ service!

Been with these guys for years. Always great service. Everyone that has come out has done a super job, and the customer service/office personnel are easy to work with as well. I do trust this company! An all around great company to keep our ac/heat units operating properly.

This is the second visit we had with Superior Heating and Air Conditioning and they have been great to work with. Bryce our Service Technician was extremely thorough in his explanation to the services he provided as well as going into extra details about our system and how it all works. Something that no one else has ever taken the time to explain to us. He was also on time and called to reconfirm our appointment and called again to advise he was on his way. Throughout the whole process of our appointment, we were kept in contact with the company and the Technician the whole time. All maintenance was performed thoroughly with great detail of explanation. I would highly recommend this company.

We've always been happy with superior air and have used them for years. They're willing to talk to us about all of our options and walk is through what issues our system might have.

Today I had the opportunity to meet Bradley of superior heating and air conditioning. He was awesome to work with. He did an inspection on both the heater and AC unit. He is very knowledgeable easy to talk to and kept asking me if I had any further questions. There was no pressure at the end of the appointment. I would recommend using this company. Maddux and Allen were incredibly professional. Navigating three stories of stairs is no easy feat, yet they handled it with a great attitude and took extra care to protect my floors with rugs and plastic, leaving the house spotless.
I also want to thank George, the project manager. He took the time to explain my options clearly, and his use of the Manual J calculation gave me full confidence that I was getting the right system for my home and not going over board with a system I didn’t need. He also worked with me on the price, which I really appreciated.

Very profesional. They walked me through every step.Showed a lot of confidence in the work they performed.Even after the work was done,they removed the pile of old unit parts and cleaned the area with a blower. Very professional,from the first visit with the rep to the person who cleaned afterwards.

Mark and Rhett came to my house and did a leak repair. They were both extremely kind and knowledgeable. They worked very quickly and efficiently. Our family is grateful for their quick repairs! It was almost 90 degrees in our house and they assured us the house would cool down in a few hours. We can already feel the difference. THANK YOU! We appreciate you both.
