Precision air and plumbing are always able to accommodate any AC or heating issues usually within the same day. They are reasonably priced and have professional and knowledgeable technicians. Always courteous and have been very responsive with big issues and last minute fixes. Highly recommend this company as I’ve been using them for 6 years.

Much to our dismay, we had a water leak in a pipe between our house and the street in front of us. And because of past positive experiences with Precision Plumbing, we chose them to fix it. Our technicians Clayton and Johnny didn’t excellent Making their repairs. Our front yard is full of small pebbles and rocks, plus great big rocks and plants. They had to dig a 2’ x 2’ ditch about 25 feet long to replace the pipe. And they did an excellent Job! They were precise, professional, and thorough. We were concerned about the landscaping. But any worrying was a waste of our time. They replaced everything as it had been before and left not a rock out of place or a spot of dirt on the sidewalks around the trench. Kudos to both guys And to Precision for hiring and training such professional technicians.

Wanted to wait at least a month before leaving this review to make sure there were no major issues. So far seems like we have had a really good experience going with Precision Air for our new AC unit install. Danielle from sales did good in finding us the right unit for the right price. Jose and his team did an awesome job with the install, making sure everything was installed correctly, cleanly and better than before. Johnathan was awesome with the follow-up after the install and we appreciate the fact that he came in, looked everything over and offered additional reassurance that all looked good. We really felt like Precision Air had an entire team of people that were readily available to reach out and offer assistance. My wife and I rely heavily on others reviews when making decisions about who to use. Precision really lived up to their positive reviews.

I had to have a new AC Unit installed and Precision Air & Plumbing did the job. My expectations were exceeded. The installation was not only completed but it was done well! I am very pleased with how well the job was done. Jed and Juan were very courteous, pleasant, and professional. Great experience all around!

The service techs and installers are friendly, professional, knowledgable and masters of their craft.
They will do the task to the best of their ability, no shortcuts or shortcuts.
A detailed report of findings are provided, both the good and items that either need attension or should be noted for future.
The rating drops due to the after service pressure.
Multiple high pressure tactics used to get you to do some of the things found. Duct cleaning. Never done in 26 years and was noted as clean 2 years ago on the new install suddenly becomes a must do.
Emails, calls, texts interrupting your day.
Then they chastise you for not doing what twy are trying to sell you.

Zack did an incredible job fixing our unit. He went over and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and done right. I highly recommend Precision for any new AC unit or repairs! Great company and fantastic employees!

Mike came out and we discussed what I needed for repair of water products. New water heater, new soft water softener and new pressure regulator. Mike was very experienced and was able to answer all my questions. He is efficient and experienced. Very happy with quote. Now for the install which will happen tomorrow.

Leslie, my technician did a good job inspecting and updating me about the status of my HVAC unit. She also drained my two water heaters. As per usual, the tech always tries to upsell products. One I thought would be needed, but the other certainly could wait. We then discussed my "Annual maintenance Plan' which we resolved after several different options were explained.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the installation of my new AC/Heat unit.

The two technicians, Vic and Alex were very friendly and always courteous to me ... explaining and answering all my questions. Most importantly, they both showed that they are highly trained, skilled and experienced throughout all facets of the entire job.

I will highly recommend Precision Air and Plumbing in the future.

Austin came over to replace a tub spout. He was professional and courteous. He even flushed my hot water tank. Dealing with Precision is very pleasant they are a well run efficient company. I will be a repeat customer.

Leslie Cintron is our favorite service person. She is professional, thorough and very truthful. She has given us a lot of good recommendations. We would recommend her to anyone if they need their air conditioner checked.

Right from the start of scheduling an estimate through their customer service number, who was very hospitable and friendly and very accommodating with scheduling. Also always keeping us advised of the appointment and who will be coming, Then moving along with Marc, the field supervisor coming over to present.. He worked with us for ac and htg and electronic air cleaner purchase. Super thorough, spent a lot of time to make sure we understood the entire process from start to finish and purchase what we want and need. Lots of info to take in but he made it easier to follow thru the entire presenting process of the whole works and very very thorough with answering every question and explaining the entire start to finish process with the entire staff that would be coming and after care. Being well informed by Marc made it easier for us to not only choose Precision for the big purchase , but also gave us the confidence we would be in very good hands and have an excellent high rated very dependable product we chose. Also being advised of the crew installing the entire system. Marc always answered his phone and assisted with any other items during the install .
The crew that came for the install, Vic and Alex, called us early a.m to advise again, right on time ,giant truck very impressive and big workshop right in the truck.
Vic and Alex were fine tuned installers team, experts and super friendly, very courteous, and letting us know the process and how it is all going along. Cleaning up the areas after looked super clean. And the team lead Vic very thorough explaining the process and not leaving until it was done. Alex was very thorough and friendly worked very well with Vic and guidance and steps, they truly were fine tuned machines. And could clearly see they truly enjoyed what they do and providing excellent service and worked till the job was totally done. Always giving updates throughout the process.
Overall great company and entire staff to work with before purchase during install and after with any other after questions.

My heat was not working so I called precision air to come out and service it. We purchased this air conditioner a couple of years ago, so the part was covered, but we still had to pay for the Labor. Zak came and installed the part he was very quick and very nice. We have known Eric the owner for over 20 years and he has a great company.

Pancho was great ! Very personable. He took the time to explain everything. Great customer service!

Update!

We decided to get a new A/C unit and very happy that we went with Precision. They coordinated the installation perfectly. Kimberly at the office was great , she was so helpful. A.J and Ivan did the installation and went above and beyond reattaching my dryer vent pipe and fixing my T- top on roof. Unbelievable customer service! The whole installation went very smoothly from start to finish! What a great team!

Had a problem with shutting off my furnace. As a new customer, I called Precision Air & Plumbing & (thank you, Danielle) a tech was at my house within an hour! The tech, Pancho was fantastic, fixed the problem I was having (Thank you, Pancho) & took his time to check a few other things since I had recently bought my house. Needed a new heating and air conditioning system.Nick Rosales gave us a bid on choices of heat pump packages and explain things in detail. Two days later,Vic & Alex
Crew #1) + Ike & Dante (Crew #5) we're very prompt and ready to install both heat pump systems. What a pleasant experience. All the guys were very respectful, informative and they all had a professional attitude with the attention to detail. After installation, they were here monitoring the system making sure everything was running according to specs. All the guys had great personalities, and the clean up was immaculate! I might also mention the people in the office where very nice and hospitable on the phone coordinating things. Thank You all... job well done!

Absolutely the BEST service I’ve ever had from a company! Mark & Gerald were professional, knowledgeable & efficient! Precision has great technology so they can download the issues or problems w/your HVAC units & suggest needed repairs. They also educated me on the WRONG filters I was using which were causing my HVAC units to work harder! Awesome company & guys!! THKS Precision!!

Miguel & Chris came out to fix my main drain in the master bathroom. It was replaced before I purchased the home by another company and it was done poorly and has been leaking fir the last 9 years. Good thing we found the leak and repaired it properly. Great work guys!!! THANK YOU!!

Ok, I’m from Alaska and AC is not a thing. I have had several people out and they all said - it’s fine. I got these guys and they identified and fixed the problems. Yes - problems. The service seems pricey but if I had just called them first - it would have been corrected faster and less expensive in the end. The workers were knowledgeable, kind and respectful. They provided a wealth of information and didn’t attempt to fabricate or embellish on what was or was not needed. Great work from professionals.
