My longtime AC company sold their business and I am very happy with the service at Superior. Bradley was kind and patient and I look forward to being a longtime customer.

Superior was amazing, the owner answered his phone at 6:15am and got us taken care of same day. Robert, the tech, really cared and went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have to wait multiple days for the parts. He went and picked them up so we would be fixed same day. Don’t walk to these guys, run!!!

Superior Air was very prompt in responding to my call, sending a technician, diagnosing the problem, and making the necessary repairs. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and explained what he was doing. He went above and beyond.

Thermostat was not working After thoroughly checking our system, it was determined that our thermostat was inoperative. It was replaced quickly and efficiently with instructions on how to program and use it. Very pleased.

My AC went out on a Thursday evening in August (one of the hottest days of the year!) and Superior was able to send someone the next morning (Friday) to take a look.

It turned out to be a capacitor. Thankfully, the tech brought one with him as that's what they suspected based on my symptoms. A quick change out and I had cold air again. Thanks for the quick response!

The tech also noted my compressor was pulling additional amps on startup and recommended a hard start kit to prolong the life of the unit. He was honest and said it's not necessary but recommended it. I agreed with him and had him add it.

Superior is great to work with. They have honest, reliable, and knowledgeable service techs! They can generally get to you quickly and they don't try to upsell you on unnecessary services.

My airconditioning unit was stolen by a thief posing as a repairman. Superior came to my rescue. Once a new unit was secured through their tireless efforts, it was installed and fine-tuned expertly by courteous and efficient techs. In a few hours, my home was restored to comfort in spite of the excessive heat outside. Bravo!

We had a great experience with Bradley from Superior Heating and Air Conditioning. He was very professional, punctual and after examining our AC unit was able to describe (in a way we could understand) what the problems were.

Bradley was very professional and polite. He showed us pictures and explained things very easily about our units. Answered all of our questions and concerns. Gave us recommendations on our units. Respectful guy. This is my first time using their services and I am satisfied.

Jonathan did a through examination of our heating systems and changed our air filters. He recommended we get our ductwork cleaned. We followed his recommendation and had our ductwork cleaned by a third party shortly there after.

Excellent service; prompt and thorough. No high pressure selling - just conservative, knowledgeable educating and suggestions for how to best take care of the AC units we currently have. Easy enrollment in a fairly priced year-round maintenance program. Feel very relieved to find this locally owned and operated small business with high standards and professionalism. “Inherited” from R&D HVAC which Superior bought when Ray and Dave retired and closed up shop. Is a pleasure to do business with them through Tech Kelis as well as their office personnel!

Jerry and Jacob are awesome technicians. Both Well-trained, efficient, and personable. They solved my difficult AC problem that others could not find. This is my second experience with superior heating and AC. They are all great. These are the guys to call. Gary
