Kevin and Sonny were amazing . They came out installed our mini split and did the insulation as well. They were both very professional and friendly. They took the time to explain everything so we understand how it works. We would highly recommend them.

I contacted Sapper to complete an inspection prior to selling my home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Sunny was able to schedule the inspection quickly and conducted a very thorough and professional evaluation. The pricing was fair and competitive, and the level of service provided was greatly appreciated during what can be a stressful time. They were right on time showing up and they worked the whole time that they were here never taking a break. Their work was done very professionally. They cleaned up all of their mess that they made. We have one unit in our bedroom a unit in our living room in the living room it’s called the room air conditioner, and we have one down in our Arizona room. The ones in the bedroom and the Arizona room are I
believe is called the two tear? I’m not an expert on stuff like that if you’re looking for good cooling and heating please call them put them on your #1 list for calling. I will definitely be letting our friends and neighbor know.This is the company to call.
On a personal note about them. Is they have a Tesla and my nine year-old great grandson was so thrilled to know they were coming. He had his mom drive him over here early before school just so he could look at it. He was even more thrilled when they allow him to sit in it and take pictures. I would give 20+ stars if I could. So grateful to find Sappers HVAC when I needed help from the sweltering heat. My old mini split went south when it was 118* outside. Kevin and crew came out, removed the old unit and installed a Della with 3 inside air handlers. Within 30 minutes after installation my house was colder throughout than ever before. Kevin was very informative, prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. You won’t go wrong with this company!! Thank you beyond words Kevin, Sunny, and Brian!!

Sapper is a life saver! My AC stopped working over night Alan was very honest and punctual. Went above and beyond to make sure the part we needed was covered by warranty. We just moved in the house in February and had no idea I had warranty.
Then we had the pleasure to meet Sunny who installed the part fast and efficiently and had ac running cold super fast!

Sunny and his crew did an outstanding job on my new mini splits. I have an old house with challenging acess to exterior walls, however that was no sweat to Sunny and he came up with a solution right away! Im actually excited for summer now that I have AC!!! Also, I need to note I have been saving for mini splits for some time, and was continuing to have to wait because the Heating and Cooling industry is high priced, and Im not able to finance at this time. They offered the fairest prices I have seen in over 2 years of searching. Lastly, Sunny gave me a thorough run through on how to maintain the unit and use the remote, and his crew did a fine job cleaning the workspaces. I highly recommend this company!!!

Sapper HVAC did such a great job with mini split in garage. My husband and I just moved from NY to AZ and needed AC in garage. We found Kevin. He came to house same day we contacted him and 2 days later we were installed and up and running! Kevin and his team were so prompt, efficient, personable and very knowledgeable and professional. Elite Air is the Company that installed & has serviced my units in the past but NOT ANYMORE! Called in a service request on this past Saturday that my A/C unit has stopped working. October is still a hot time of the year and I was ready to pay for a Tech to come and diagnose what was wrong & fix if possible. Left two separate messages with the answering service within about 2 1/2 hours of each other, Nicole & Eli both assured me a Tech would return my call asap. Waited til next morning, Sunday finally reached out and got another Company to come to my home, diagnosed the problem, service & repaired my unit. Done! Not happy with the lack of response from Elite Air.

Absolutely outstanding service! The owner himself got personally involved to make sure our AC was taken care of on short notice. He went above and beyond to not only fix the immediate issue but also made the repairs in a way that will support the longevity of our system. On top of that, he provided us with incredibly fair quotes for future unit replacements if needed. It’s rare to find a company this responsive, honest, and committed to customer care. Highly recommend!

Outstanding staff, knowledgeable techs. Prompt service requests. Had a furnace issue last winter, prior to travelling. Staff moved us to the top of the list and the technician was onsite the same day. Highly recommended.

I called this company out to look at my fridge which a local service company had attempted to repair. The technician located a gas leak and repaired it on the spot. The previous company did not even check for a gas leak. The fridge is now working perfectly. Job well done!
