We had them come out to replace a toilet for us - they actually picked up the toilet and brought it to our house. Several weeks later, our other toilet started leaking. Came out again and after looking at the toilet and potential issues - we decided to replace it. The plumber drove into Scottsdale (we are in Rio Verde) and back to pick up a new toilet, installed it and charged the same amount as the first toilet. When I asked if we needed to pay more for the diagnostic time and drive time he said 'no, that was not your fault'. Wow! I was fully prepared to pay for diagnostic and drive time, but we were just charged the flat rate to install the toilet. Always happy to find honest businesses that know that treating the customer well has bigger payback than padding the bill. I know who our new 'go to' plumber is. And I will tell all our neighbors as well.

They got me at same day service, excellent communications from my phone call to saying goodbye to the Plumber that did the work. When I have issues in the future, I will definitely request their service again.

I recently used Travis & Sons to replace a water heater that failed. Upon review by Matt Howard, the water heater was found to be under warranty for defects and could be replaced at no cost minus installation, parts and a $100 processing fee. I agreed to installation without an estimate -- my mistake. My final bill came to $1685.00 to replace this “under warranty” water heater, which seemed excessively high. I asked for an itemized bill, because I felt strongly I was overcharged and due a credit. Matt informed me via email “my company does not offer itemized invoices.” Really? Every reputable company can itemize their fees. I pressed Matt for more clarification and he stated in addition to the time spent at our home “it took 4 hours travel time to get the unit.” Really? Again, this seemed to be an easy way to inflate my bill. But since I had no itemized bill, one can only speculate how the fees were allocated. The bottom line -- I’m left with a “free” water heater that cost nearly $1,700 to install and now only has one year left on the original warranty. I do not recommend Travis and Sons and if you use them I highly suggest you require a written quote outlining the project and all associated fees before agreeing to the project.

Had an emergency water leak from our bathtub faucet that we were unable to stop. Casey from Travis & Sons was able to adjust his schedule to repair the leak same day I called. I was so grateful for the immediate service I received from tracking down a technician that was just finishing up on a project to come to the house, identify the problem and fix it same day. Thank you to all the Staff @ Travis & Sons Plumbing. I will definitely be using their service in the future.

Matt is a true professional from start to finish! He genuinely cares about us and was so helpful and knowledgeable as we worked through our list of issues. Great service from start to finish. Called at 11:39am and received my receipt after work was completed 3 hrs later (sooner than I expected). Mark was very professional and had patience with me as I told him what tub faucet issues I was having. Louis arrived right on time and immediately knew what to do. No wall demolishing needed to repair what needed to be repaired/replaced which was what I was worried about. I’ll be sure to keep them in mind for future repairs or replacements!

Called Travis and Son’s after hours for a water heater tank failure I came home to. Matt was awesome, patient, and extremely helpful! Provided me with replacement options to chose from with pros and cons and Casey was here the next day to remove old tanks and install a new one I decided on, a Rheem Marathon. These guys are local to Fountain Hills, AZ, super friendly and very professional. I won’t be looking for a plumber should I need one again as I will be calling Matt at Travis and Son’s. Thanks guys!
