Our downstairs was filling with raw sewage, you can not even imagine the NIGHTMARE! 4 other companies said the soonest they could get there was 2 weeks. Even the company that I use for my rentals did not attempt to help me. Mind you, toilet was overflowing and the shower was filling up.

The awesome lady that answered the phone was so kind and empathetic. She told me would try to move some jobs around and have someone come between 3 and 5.

Matt arrived at 5, and the job was a nightmare. I am an engineer with extensive construction experience, and I could believe the illogical manner that previous plumbers had remodeled the old house. It took Matt hours to figure out what was causing the problem because of previous work that didn't make sense.

Matt toughed it out and was determined to resolve the problem before he left! He trudged on until 10 PM, but HE FIXED THE PROBLEM ! Thankfully we were able to clean the place the next day. I admire Matt for his hard work and determination. The poor man worked until 10 just to make sure we were taken care of before he went home.

I will now use them to repair my rentals. No amount of Thanks can express my gratitude.

I called to discuss getting a rough estimate to install a tankless water heater. I work with the wholesaler so, I have a unit and needed it installed. Sound like an older gentleman asked what I paid, I said I couldn't provide that... he mumbled something and hung up. I'd recommend staying clear of this company, customer service is not their forte.

Great company !!! The owner answered his phone on a weekend. He sent Lewis out the very next day . Lewis is great to work with and does an excellent job of communicating what needs to be done. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Update: We have used Travis & Sons numerous times since my first review and I couldn't be more impressed.
I had been a contractor for 40yrs and this company especially Lewis have done everything they said they would do when they said they would do it.. Which is very very rare now a days. The prices are fair and the quality of work and products they use are outstanding..
I 1000% promise that you won't be disappointed if you use them!!!!!

Corey and his colleague came to my house to replace my water heater. They did a good job. They worked hard and did a nice clean after installation.

We had a Kohler Shower Faucet that quit delivering hot water while we have company in town. I tried all the easy Youtube solutions and nothing worked. I wasn't about toattemp to replace the cartridge myself. My wife called Travis & Sons late yesterday. Corey came out today and confirmed the cartridge valve was bad. He replaced it and got everything working properly. We are very impressed. We used a different plumber for a problem last week and they really overcharged us. Travis & Sons is our new plumber company! Corey was friendly, efficient and showed me everything he was doing. We are really glad we found them. Thanks to Corey my sister-in-law doesn't have to take a cold shower!

Matt with Travis and Sons responded immediately to my emergency call. He was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly. He also offered to follow up with any further help replacing my hot water heater if needed. Much appreciated and would definitely recommend Travis and Sons!

Used T&S and very happy with their service and quality.

I needed to replace a hot water heater on a rental property that I own. The property in question is approximately a two-hour drive from where I currently live. Travis & Sons removed and replaced the heater with no hassles keeping me informed by phone on the progress of the job. They responded and took care of the problem on the same day I contacted them, keeping my tenant's inconvenience to a minimum. Tenant was completely satisfied with the job. Great job.

Superb service. It may take a few days before one can get an appointment, but the wait almost assures you a true expert in his field. We had the pleasure of Cory remedying a number of issues this old house has had. Cory explained exactly why we were having the problems we were experiencing, what he would do to fix them, and showed us how much it would cost, before we signed. I highly recommend this company, especially if they hire such pleasant, knowledgeable, and hard-working young men as Cory.

Excellent! Needed our pressure regulator replaced. Spencer does great work! Very clean job getting the old regulator out and making adjustments for the new one. Very careful with our house. Definitely recommend!!

From the initial all to the visit from the technician communication was excellent. Corey did a great job going the extra to get it perfect.

Travis and Sons, represented on our service call by their plumber named Corey, analyzed a major problem with our shutoff valve and fixed it within the same day as it was reported!! Amazingly fast response that solved a significant water flow problem to the whole system.
Corey was extremely polite, knowledgable and did a great job in explaining what was happening to the component on the shutoff valve that was causing the failure. He replaced the part, checked out the entire system and restored service all within 45 minutes.
Really competent folks, who are very familiar with Fountain Hills high pressure main water supply, and know their way around all the plumbing systems in the home.
