Great local plumber in Fountain Hills! Completely replumbed the entire house with PEX bypassing all of the old under-slab copper. Added a hard water line for some hose bibs so I'm not wasting softened water outside. Replaced the old water heater with a new smart TruTankless water heater. Also replaced the worn out irrigation line backflow valve. High quality work, very easy to work with, fair and honest pricing. Will be my go to guy from now on for any and all plumbing work I need done.

Have used Joe Ciotta Plumbing twice now and have had a really positive experience both times. Joe is very responsive and great communicating with customers. They will always be my first call when I have plumbing needs.

Joe did an awesome job. I would highly recommend him. Joe replaced my water heater after a failure and flood. Extremely quick response for last minute notification and Joe worked with my schedule (or lack thereof).

Joe and his assistants are wonderful. My shower handle was slipping while in use, causing the water to turn scalding hot while in use. Joe came in and explained the problem, what he expected to do and he got the job done. He and John were able to get my shower working in no time. Joe even called back within 24 hours to make sure everything was still up to my expectations. This is a great company that I will use again.

From start to finish Cactus Plumbing and Air was great for me! Justin came to my home and answered all my questions and best of all didn’t make me feel silly for asking them which can sometimes happen. He took the time to explain things to me and really made feel like I was getting a great deal, which after asking around they really do offer the best prices which in todays economy people need companies like Cactus Plumbing. The service men came, did the work and even though they warned me in writing and verbally they would have to break some drywall to install the new until, they didn’t even do that which saved me money too! My house feels amazing! I already referred them once and will refer them again and again!

This company did a great job installing my Swamp coolers at my Drycleaner. They were reasonable, as I did get a few quotes. Their customer service was amazing and their technician Tyler!! did a fantastic job and had very good communication and follow up throughout the job. Thank you, Cactus Plumbing.

Shows up the next morning at Jones Gorden School. We new he was busy so did not expect them that quick. They fixed the problem right away. The owner is a very nice, smart, and I will use him anytime, anywhere.

I discovered a leak in my bathroom wall. Jeff came out and assessed and fixed the problem. The job was completed quickly and at a fair price. I will not hesitate to call them for any of my plumbing need in the future.

Plumber was polite, efficient and explained the issues and how to fix them. Offered a few options on what they could do and then got it done pretty quickly. It’s held up now for at least 2 weeks with no issues. Would use again !

Regarding Bella and Cactus Plumbing they came on Friday afternoon took the pump out of the septic and said it was shot and needed a new pump and check valve. The cost would be 8500 for the pump labor and parts. I was shocked at that time, Nick said he’d do it for 8000. I said no thanks I then called another plumbing company they said they could do it for under $2000 parts labor, and One horse pump same one Cactus is putting in and could do it On Saturday morning. So I told Nick to pick up their things and I would pay him for their time and labor and service call then Nick said how about 7000 I said no then Nick said how about 6000 I said no then Nick said how about 5500. I said no. Maybe 5000 he said how about 5250 split the difference at the time still didn’t know that It was way too much, but I was in a pickle and had Company over and no toilets so I said get it done. After the job was done Nick came in to get paid and asked for another $300. I said absolutely not then later I checked the price it cost for me to get that One horse pump was about $1000. My cost check valve was around $50. That means they charge $1400 an hour because they were total Dow was around three hours. I asked them for an itemized invoice instead of the generic one they gave me which was just the amount they charge. I needed them to separate the pump with the serial number for warranty the parts and the labor and Said they couldn’t do that I wonder why every other Plumber does. So after four Emails That I sentAnd calls that they don’t answer anymore I drove to their office. They said they would send it never did anyways the job got done, but the problem with that was they dumped the waste in my backyard down the wash It smelled for three days they will take advantage of you. How do you go from $8500-$5250 and the most it should’ve been for the Job under $2000 please be aware of this company

Jeff is the best. Ask for him bc he has come out to our house on numerous occasions and has killed the game. When our tub leaked into the walls... he was here and did a beautiful job on new copper pipes. When our toilet broke when our toddler continually stood on it to reach the sink, he was here to save us from having to gut the entire bathroom. When our hose bibb fused to the hose... he was here to replace it. Love that man like family. When we reno our kitchen, Jeff will be coming back.

Great outfit! Installed two AC/heat pumps and completely updated the entirety of ol the ductwork, returns, and registers in our 40 year old home. Price was excellent. Installation was fast and painless. Had a minor issue after two weeks, but they acted on it quickly. Strong recommendation.
