I have used Travis & Sons previously and was very pleased. My water softener needed to be replaced so I set up an appointment and Cory arrived as scheduled and we discussed multiple options. No up-sell tactics used, which I really appreciated. I chose a system and he returned two days later with my new softener and installed it. He answered all my questions and provided all the information I needed to hang on to. Clean, efficient and courteous. They are a company I have come to trust and recommend to my friends and neighbors.

Matt and Spencer are diligent in their work. They just did a flawless installation of a Flo by Moen. Perfect fit, no leaks and clean up well. Matt also installed a pressure relief valve and shutoff to the house. Both jobs took hours, and the work was well done. The piping and fittings look great. We're also going to get a new water and water conditioning system as we trust the work that Matt does for us. He will also come back anytime to take care of anything. He stands behind his work.

Jordan and Spencer were at my home Friday to replace faucets and plumbing in master bathroom. They did a wonderful job including cleaning job when finished. I would highly recommended them to others who have a plumbing need. Marcia Fears

Spencer came out and found the problem that 2 other repair companies could not diagnose and fix. One company mis-diagnosed the problem and gave me a 10k estimate that would not have corrected the issue. Matt, the owner, was very helpful and followed up to make sure I was happy. Great company!

Water damage in the home can be super frustrating, especially not knowing the source of the problem. We were very pleased that Corey came in and found the issue, he then walked us through the best solutions to resolve the headache. Corey was very pleasant and honest, never came off as a sales man. INTEGRITY- very hard to find in companies these days.

Corey and Cody were outstanding. I called because an old water heater broke down and Corey explained my options. Then the two of them replaced the old heater with a new system and completely solved the problem. The service was very quick and very professional. These guys are good!

Service was available at short notice. Diagnosed problem and repaired with a fair price, also added assistance with my water softeners. Cody was professional and a great guy. Definitely recommend!

Sadly, I had a really upsetting experience with Travis and Sons today when I spoke with Matt. I called to ask about paying the bill that they kept contacting me about via, text and phone calls. I was also looking into scheduling another service, but he was incredibly condescending and rude, giving me a hard time about the cost of running a business. He even said, “if you don’t use us in the future, we might go out of business,” and mocked me for simply asking about the price of their services. Then, he hung up on me. I was shocked that someone would end a call over a pricing question. He never called back to say sorry we got disconnected — instead, he contacted my real estate agent and demanded payment of $439 for a sewer scope. Yes a 15 minute sewer scope cost $439. When the average is $250-$299.

Office person was amazing! Friendly, understanding and had someone out the same day! Corey was personable and immediately got to work repairing a pipe that had broke in the wall behind the shower. He took the time to do it right and cleaned up everything when finished. Great job!

We had a toilet that was not in line over the waist pipe. Seriously, somehow the builder was able to get it passed with the toilet flange 8 inches away from the soil pipe. Spencer came in and took care of the problem in a couple of hours. He worked the entire time. I never saw him take a break. On top of that, he was incredibly neat.
He was a true journeyman at his trade. If I use Travis & Sons again, I will certainly request you guys schedule Spencer for the job.

Travis & Sons came through for us when we had a leak and needed help fast. They answered when we called on a Sunday, were friendly and professional, and got us scheduled for the next morning. Cody showed up on time, took the time to troubleshoot the issue instead of rushing, and got everything fixed. Excellent service all around.

This is the second time in past few years we’ve had Travis & Sons plumbers come out to help us with a plumbing issue in our Scottsdale home. Cody was terrific, professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. All at a fair price. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Definitely have our recommendation if you’re in need of a plumber.

What a great crew I had working at my house today. Cody, Spencer and Corey worked all day to get my two new water heaters in. The were very nice guys, professional and respectful of my house. They worked until after 5pm to make sure everything was perfect (and clean) before they left. I appreciate all the effort. Great experience!!! I would highly recommend Travis and Sons.
