Saved my sanity And some money. I'm extremely handy at fixing my own stuff but this shower cartridge was my Nemesis. If I started wrenching on it anymore I would have had to replace my whole shower. They arrived probably 30 minutes after I called them...on Sunday! Jared showed up. Super cool dude down to earth. He was chill, very patient, and always had a smile. I honestly thought I was going to have to have the whole shower assembly replaced. But he was able to get to the cartridge and only have to swap that out which saved me a lot of money.
