Jeff from Cactus has saved us twice now. In town after my father had a stroke, Jeff came same day to put in a new Hot water heater. 4 weeks later, back for another visit, and two toilets went down in my dad's house, Jeff was here 30 minutes after called, diagnosed the problems, and fixed our issues in an amazingly timely fashion. Cactus Plumbing installed a new water heater. It was a tough job in a hard to get to location. I searched around for different companies to get pricing, and these guys were the best price and did an awesome job. Very happy with the quality and the job itself. We had tried a DYI shower feature replacement and quickly realized we were in over our heads. Jeff was very professional and went the extra mile to correct our situation and replace our fixtures and shower plumbing. He even made the dog feel comfortable. Will definitely use Cactus plumbing again when we replace our water filter system soon.

The bid over the phone was $1950.00 After arriving it was now over $2800. Pictures were sent and I would have sent more if requested. Upon arrival now all this other work had to be completed. The work looks good, the technician was nice and they came out quickly and it was late but no bid should be done from afar if they are not going to honor the bid. In addition I should not have to sweep up the floor after the tech leaves. Had my situation been different, upon learning of the descrepency I would have sent the installer home.

I dont think I have ever had better customer service than what we got with Cactus. Mindy answered the phone and you can just feel her energy. She was patient in my chaos and calm and collected when I was losing myself because it was very HOT. We even used Cactus for another incident at a family members house. Overall very satisfied with the service we got and Austin the tech was great too!
