After a really awful experience with a different HVAC provider, I called Precise Air & Heating for some troubleshooting and documentation. Kenneth came out and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Not only was he able to repair what the last guy messed up, but he went above and beyond to take care of some other quick fixes as well.

Some other things that stood out is their professionalism - on time, very communicative, great documentation, itemized invoice, and superior customer service.

The last HVAC company I used really put me in a tough spot, and Precise more than made up for that. These are the only guys I'll ever call for my A/C. They're honest, do incredible work, and work with their customer to make sure everyone is happy.

Ken was able to repair our 30 year old hydronic heat pump system after multiple other HVAC + plumbing companies were sent by the home warranty company. The other companies weren't familiar with the system, but Ken was able to diagnose the issue and have it replaced & functioning within days. Cool guy too.

Super prompt and easy to work with for scheduling a seasonal "check up & cleaning" of my heat pump system. Received lots of helpful advice for maintenance if the 10 year old unit. I will use them going forward on non- warranty work as well. Very friendly, clean & professional.

If you have HVAC issues I highly recommend the guys over at Precise, Ken was able to diagnose our issues and relay it to the home warranty company quickly and efficiently. We are still waiting on word from the home warranty company as far as approval, but we highly recommend this company

UPDATE: Joshua came by today and did the warranty repair, they had to replace my outdoor condenser unit and did it a timely manner, the team walked me through the process and answered all questions I had. I will be using Precise for all future maintenance I have on my HVAC system!

Ken did a great job and was very thorough. Great communication skills. I purchased the Warrenty five year plan. It’s nice to have a reliable company to call if you need service on your furnace or air conditioner.

We recently bought a new Home. The house was a new build and only five years old at the time of purchase. The inspection on the heater was completed, but we recently started noticing some issues. We called The team and Ken came out to our home here in Goodyear and fixed our heater up like it was new. He went above and beyond the normal job requirements To make sure our heater was performing it’s best I say with complete honesty I would recommend precise to anybody in need of HVAC work

Precise Air is a great A/C company. Their service was easy to set up, their service technicians we very professional, polite and easy to work with, and their invoicing/payment system is easy to use and understand. It was a messy job with some unexpected obstacles, but they handled it all and left no trace. Will definitely be using them going forward--a great local company that appreciates the challenges on systems in AZ.

Referred to me by my sister who had Precise Air & Heating install a new unit, we are thrilled to share that Kevin and Ken are great! Both are professional, courteous, and patient and informative when asked questions. Our initial experience with Precise was a call for help when our house had a very high humidity reading. Kevin solved that issue for us after assessing our home and seeing old evaporative system ducts not properly sealed. He spent a lot of time looking and only charged a small fee. Recently we had them back to install a surge protector and relay. Ken found a loose red wire which could have arced and caused a fire. (Installed by Geottl-just saying). So happy to have a company we can trust to maintain our unit.
