I've been using Tropical Companies for a few years for my business' facility in Queen Creek. Having used them before and always getting a fair response with knowledgeable personnel was a big plus. I went to operate my home A/C 4/16/22 for the first time and it was only blowing room temperature air. I contact TC and they got a technician out the following week. He made was able to determine the issue as well as point out areas of concern. I had an estimate within hour's and they were back the next day to do the work. A/C works great, the price was fair and I don't have to sweat through the summer.

So glad we chose Tropical Company for our new AC/Heating system. From the moment we asked for a bid to the time the system was installed, the customer service was outstanding. Quality work at a great price with outstanding customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service. Great job & Thanks!

They came out to write a quote to replace my AC system a few months ago, and it took them a couple weeks to get me the quote after the technician came to inspect my system, which was a bit slower than competitors I had spoken with. I didn't end up signing with them, since their quote was a bit higher than others I engaged for the same brand and type of system.
Three months later, I received an invoice for $65 for an 'AC Inspection' and made my frustration known here, since a similar charge was noted by another reviewer and I had only engaged them for the estimate. A couple days later, I received a call from them letting me know the charge had been removed and the invoice was sent by mistake. They did say that they do not charge for estimates, as is the case with most HVAC companies.
Overall they are pleasant people to work with, they made everything right and they didn't use high-pressure sales tactics with me, they just got a couple wires crossed this time around.

Put in a work request and it only took them 2 days to come out! Shawn was very nice and personable. I needed a new thermostat and it only took a little more than 20 minutes. Very efficient, very kind, 200% would recommend!

Cam came out to service my a/c unit today and got it working again! Would highly recommend! He came out same day and got cold air blowing.

First experience with Tropical Companies and it was EXCELLENT! They responded quickly to my request to have my AC looked at, came the next day, and fixed everything. I love how the tech took the time to explain everything he did and why it failed. This is the first AC company that has sent me pictures of the items that were faulty along with pictures of what was replaced. The transparency is so valuable and hard to find in this field. While latest service by you was preformed months ago in the Spring , I will advise you that our A/C has preformed excellently during all the extremely HOT days we have experienced this summer. Our unit is 16+ years old.

Tropical serviced 2 units at our home and cleaned out one condensation line.
Technician was knowledgeable, personable, and thorough.

Kam ended up saving the day!!! We ended up having to call a maintenance guy for emergency because our AC had went out in the middle of the summer and as we were about to move into our new place. We ended up getting the keys to our new place and we were starting to move in our stuff when we realize the AC was not working. This was going to be our first night in our new place and we did not want to sleep in heat. Especially living in Arizona. Once we called, we were able to get someone to come and fix our AC thankfully. That’s when Kam had stepped in and came last minute to fix our AC and did an amazing job. He only took 30 minutes tops and only had a few questions for us. We were so thankful that he was able to fix our AC and we were able to sleep and move comfortably. Kam had great hospitality and was very consistent with updating us. He was cooperative and was just there to do his job. Ended up doing amazing and we will definitely contact him if there are any more problems. I recommend him if you need your AC fixed immediately. Thanks Kam!!!
