So grateful for this Company and their prompt response and fitting us into their schedule asap. Kam came out this evening to check on my grandmas ac unit that wasn’t running right. He was so thorough in explaining about what was going on. Kam did what he needed to do to fix the unit and made sure everything was working properly. Thank you so much!

The air conditioning technician, Kam, came all the way from Gilbert late at night to fix our unit when another company said they couldn’t come out till the next day. Kam fixed it pretty quickly and was very polite. We really appreciate that me, my sons and my pet didn’t have to stay in a home that was 84° and rising by the hour. Highly recommend this company.

Dispatch sent Kam, on a Saturday afternoon and he was awesome. He was professional and personable. Not only did he make a quick repair, but he explained the cause of the issue, and offered some preventative tips. I’d highly recommend Kam and Tropical.

Big shoutout to Kam, Carlos, and Shadow. Had an AC unit go out at the worst time, late on a holiday weekend. They were able to stay connected through the late night and get my AC unit up within 24hrs, while providing me a temporary solution in to get through the heat. It was a difficult job, but Kam was able to resolve it while Shadow kept in close communications the whole time. Appreciate the help they provided.

Kam Cullimore came to our office at Dentimax to fix our AC unit.
We had another company come out 4 times and fail to fix the issue. So we called Tropical- Kam fixed the issue the first time and it has been working strong ever since!
Nice to have someone that knew what they were doing and get it done correctly.

Kam came out when I had a leak in my ceiling. He was great and finished very fast, he was also very knowledgeable. My only issue with the company was the communication between them and the rental agency I am renting from. Seems there was a delay in communication. I am very pleased with the work that has been done. Kam went above snd beyond and removed the wet insulation and cleared out other debris. I would refer them to someone else as well.

Tropical has been to our home twice this year. First time for 2nd opinion on $4,000 proposed repair (which other company had “verified” twice). Cost me $200 instead. Second time had me up a running again in no time. Kind and respectful techs and I feel like very honest service!!!

Kam & Logan saved the day! They had my motor replaced and cold air coming within an hour. Thanks so much guys!!!

Tropical came out to my apartment several times this year to service an extremely old AC unit that my landlord refused to replace. Despite dealing with old equipment and a lack of cooperation from the landlord, the Tropical team went beyond expectations to make it comfortable.

Each visit, the technicians took the time to fix issues as thoroughly as possible, while also clearly explaining that the only true solution was to replace the unit entirely. On the first visit in July, a technician named Cam (or Kam) arrived on short notice around dinnertime and worked well past 10 PM to ensure I had AC through the night (temps over 105 that day).

After another eventual breakdown in September, my landlord finally approved a new unit. Tropical returned to handle the full removal of the old system that was located in a difficult-to-access attic and install the new one. It was a huge job, but the team completed it in just under 6 hours.

Highly recommend!

Kam was awesome, he went above and beyond in figuring out what was up with my heater. Thankfully it was a quick fix replacing the thermostat. 10/10 recommend☺️

I highly recommend Kam! He came and solved the issue very quickly, but not only did he solve the issue, he also THROUGHLY checked his work to insure it was accurately done. Highly recommend. Great social personality as well. Keep up the good work Kam!!! Also noting that his work wasn’t commissioned based either so he did not try to upsell nothing that was not needed. Straight forward and honest.

Kam the technician came to service our a/c. He was very efficient with figuring out the problem and addressing it in a very fast timely manner. Everything is working great now. His services are very much appreciated! Very respectful and hard working he is!
