I called for a quote. Dominic was able to come the same day, and after calling to get okay from me, arrived earlier than originally promised.
He was extremely professional and polite. After giving us the quote, which we thought was very reasonable, we said we would like to proceed.
We expected to have to make an additional appointment. Instead, he said it was the end of the day, and if we wanted it right away, he would be happy to stay late to perform the work. We couldn't have been happier.

He evacuated our refrigerant lines after connecting them, and in a very short time the unit was putting out ice cold air. They have even followed up twice to check on us, and assisted in providing information we needed to register the new unit.

I have already, and will continue, to recommend him to friends, family and strangers. A very professional, skilled young man! We will use 480 Mechanical LLC for our next service needs.

I would definitely recommend 480 Mechanical. Dominic was able to diagnose the problem with my AC in a timely matter and got me back up and running quickly! He was very polite and made a bad experience better. Hopefully I won’t need to use their service again soon but if I do I know exactly who to call.

Had a great experience with this company for an emergency AC repair late at night. So good that I went ahead and booked a package for routine AC maintenance. Sadly, that review quickly went to 3 stars after call I made this morning. I sent a courtesy call to the wife that we needed to cancel due to the fact that I have a sick child (woke up at midnight throwing up) to be respectful of not exposing her husband I called to cancel. The first thing she said was my account was going to be charged a $60 late cancel fee and they require a 24 hour notice. She was very rude, didn’t try to remotely work with me. To me, if you’re going to have a family owned business you should have good customer care. Treat your customers with respect and it also might be beneficial to make your clients aware of this late cancel fee at the time of booking. She told me this cancel policy is on all receipts, well that is also a receipt that I saw more than 6 months ago. Had I known this at the time of service booking I might have tried to cancel sooner. The lack of communication and a horrible attitude on the phone is what put a bad taste in my mouth with this family owned company. I immediately canceled all my services with this company. I will be giving my service back to AZ Dukes of air whom I should have never left. Lesson learned.

Dominic was professional and informative. He showed up on time and completed the service and small repair promptly. I had in my mind what I thought would be a fair price and it ended up being right there. I will definitely recommend 480 Mechanical to friends.

480 Mechanical has become my preferred AC company within the last 24 hours! I texted late in the day around 8pm, got a very prompt response and they had someone out to my house the very next day. Dominic was so professional and had the voltage regulators replaced within 15 minutes of arrival. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also advised on future services needed to keep my equipment running properly. You can tell these people care and I’ve already referred one person by word of mouth as well as taking the time to write this review. Call these guys for your AC needs!!!!

I had a great experience with 480 Mechanical. Dominic came out and resolved the 2 issues that I had. I can tell he was honest and was direct with me, very informative, and not try to upsale me. He was able to fix the mess my previous AC guy did. Fair price and great customer service. I'll definitely recommend 480 Mechanical to my friends and family!

Please beware of this company!

My family WERE loyal customers since 2022. This  past week I was denied service for no reason. I was given every excuse why I could not schedule i.e. "we're booked for 3 days", then, "we're out of town til Monday", then, "we don't have enough techs and time and you're not apart of our loyalty program", and then my favorite, "You're out of our network" FOUR MADE-UP EXCUSES IN A MATTER OF MINUTES....I've received EVERY promotional/existing client email for 2+years and never has there been mention of them only servicing "loyalty members", there wasn't even a loyalty program established! Mind you, we're in the same exact zip code and less than 5 minutes away. The customer service was abysmal, rude and remedial. After updating my reviews of this business to reflect the severe drop in service on multiple review platforms (I had provided several 5 star reviews for this company). I received a contact from the owner Dominic apologizing, trying to take heat off of Artie, the standoffish coordinator/scheduler, saying it was his call to turn my business away because supposedly had me mistaken for a different customer that was too far in Peoria...even after providing my contact information and address in my initial request for service! He sounded very shiesty and fictional, like I was being sold to eventually to be mistreated again in the near future

Dominic did offer to fix the situation and I responded to him on behalf of myself and my wife....we just wanted to make sure we would not be treated so poorly again...this correspondence was sent  Tuesday morning after receiving a call and follow up text Monday night from Dominic poorly attempting to re-earn my business. I have yet to heard back from him or anyone at the company. This company has turned from a honest, high standard, family owned business to poor customer serving and misleading company. I love that they are growing and had a stellar reputation, that's awesome, but If you want a loyal and valued business relationship...this is not the company I would recommend, maybe they're getting too big for their backyard and to care about who's always been loyal to them and less than 5 minutes away.

Very happy with the service of 480 Mechanical! They were easy to work with quick to give me an accurate quote that didn’t change once we went to contract and prices were very good. As a Realtor, I all ready had an AC technician that I have been using for 20 years. I decided to get a few quotes to see how they compared. 480 mechanical did better work than my normal guy that I have used for 20 years. For example, I just replaced a complete AC system on a rental property 6 months ago. My AC tech gave me a $200 discount at the end of the job because they had to cut the drywall to get the AC system into the attic and left the repair for me to fix… (still not fixed). 480 mechanical did the complete job and repaired the drywall that they cut into and looks like it was never touch…. Beside all this, the price for an energy efficient system didn’t even compare to my other guys quote. Good work 480 Mechanical and Stay Cool!
