We found Frank by accident through our warranty company after 5 attempts and 2 months of trying to get our unit serviced through whomever they could send out . We had a company coming out today that cancelled on us ,again, and they happened to get Frank out instead, and thank god for that ! He was able to easily pinpoint a simple problem the last company had missed . Also had a ladder (we have two story unit) which a lot of companies don’t or don’t even do story units . Will definitely be using again! Thanks again!

Frank did a great job getting my AC working. Frank, diagnosed the issue, fixed the leak and recharged my system. I called at 5pm and by 9pm my ac was working again. I was very happy with the service. Thank you.

Avoid at all cost! They installed our system backwards, and instalead of reinstalling it the correct way, took shortcuts...
Frank, the owner does not care about his customers. We paid upfront prior to service being completed, and once service was almost done, he returned my payment due to a situation with his bank. We did not request refund and was more than willing to make adjustments. I advised that we would pay once the return posted to our account. 2 days after refund (return still pending) Frank contacts me threatening to put a lean on my property... He kept saying that it was not his fault and was demanding the money. We were also in the middle of buying a house, so our finances were strict. We did not want to lose the house, so we informed him again that we would pay once the refund completed posting. He did not care and was still demanding. On day 3 the refund posted and we paid immediately. He did not address the poor service and never apologized. ****AVOID AT ALL COST****
Shop around, there are others in this price range that will appreciate your business.

After weeks of frustration dealing with the home warranty, Frank came to the rescue. He was responsive, proactive, and timely. Excellent customer service, friendly and explained the process. I would highly recommend Frank and his team!

When our AC went out overnight and I saw the forecast calling for 110 degrees the next day, I panicked. I’m a first-time mom with a baby at home, and the temperature in our house was climbing fast. Our property manager wasn’t responding, so I called AZ Comfort Pros Inc and I’m so thankful I did. Francesco arrived at our door in 15 minutes, immediately found the issue, and had our AC running again in no time. He was kind, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. Without him, we would have been melting all day. I will forever call this company for any HVAC needs. Thank you so much again!

Awesome experience! I called Frank on a Friday evening when 2/3 of my A/C units went out. He fixed one the night of and had a new one to me the next morning. He was friendly and positive even though it was 108 degrees outside and was reasonably priced. Couldn’t be happier!

Frank with AZ Comfort Pros was awesome to work with. We had our A/C go out at 8pm and the temp started climbing. I gave Frank a call and he was out here in 20 minutes and knew right away what the problem was. He fixed the issue quickly and now we’re back to having a nice cool house. Will definitely be recommending Frank to everyone I know with A/C issues.

We needed someone same day (it was almost end of the day) to go and check out our AC, and he did. He was very helpful, communicative, and went to our home within hours. Problem was fixed in a day. Excelent response and problem solving.

Now it’s November and I have not used my heater. For some reason it will not working and when I tried to reach out to ask AZ comfort pros I if they disconnected the heater in the process of replacing

AI spam call from "Medicaid" praying for personal information. This company is obviously not legit. Stay away

Worst customer service ever, avoid this company at all costs. You can get much better deals from their competitors, beware of these scam artists

I wouldn't give them 1 star. Tried to email and call for details...received and mail stating 'Unfortunate for you...' Very suspicious.
Update, received another email with an insult from this vendor. Very unprofessional and rude.

I own a HVAC company and needed something like this so Sent them a message because of the website said they would not take a credit card because of crappy customers. Asked if there was another form of payment because I was not going to pay with a check in the mail. They responded saying “then you wont get a ladder crane”. I responded “great salesmanship”. Laddercrane responded “It sells itself you're a crappy customer with a bad attitude! This isn't Walmart where you get it the way you want it”. I responded “ I’m not a crappy customer. I was simply asking if there was another form of payment, but thank you for revealing yourself to me.“. Now I'm building one myself. Dont buy from these crazies.

The technician, Mario, was great. He did regular maintenance on our HVAC unit. I went onto the roof to watch him work and ask a bunch of questions. Price was way better than our home warranty service fee.

Great service and honestly.

My AC unit went out and Francisco was called to come take a look. He arrived earlier than expected, communicated great, and was extremely friendly.
He tried several cost effective options in order to try to get the unit to be fixed. I would highly recommend him.
